RoninsLeader: SuperTeen Holiday Camp (Lembang) June08

Finally, I can write my blog about SuperTeen, which is the BEST Holiday in my life.

Well at the 21st of June we met for the briefing and divided the resources into different Platoon, but since some of our Platoon Commanders like Peter, Ken and Dickson wasn't there (only Adeline and Lindy), we finally decided to choose the Resources Leader first and let the Resources Leader choose their members.

At the beginning I actually almost paired up with Ken again, but then Ernest suggested that I go to Lindy or Adeline, but most shockingly at first I'm not allowed to become a resource =="
Well it's because holding too many position might kill me haha, but it's ok I understand, but luckily Lindy and Adeline suggested that I become resource with somebody else in 1 group and so he agreed.

Then I was assigned as Resources Leader again (I'm actually not supposed to, I'll tell you more)
and My Platoon Commander is..... Lindy!!! My old friend and My Platoon Commander at July 2007 too, you know I realize that every June/July each year I'll be 1 Platoon with her, well let's see about next year xD

However even though I was a Resource Leader, my focus here is actually as a Translator since as I've said many times, I wanted to become a Trainer and not just a trainer, but a Great One, that's why going to this camp really give me the opportunity to practice my public speaking skill, which is a great challenge for me.

Our Platoon is called Cendol!!

So our Platoon Cendol got orange as the colour, well it's kinda strange actually, Orange Cendol wkwk, but it's unique you see...

This two wonderful lady have been a great and supportive friend for me and I have known them for couples of years and they both are such an amazing role model for many people with their character and great leadership, I'm sure that they'll become even more successful in the future :)

Stevia is my partner in this camp, so we both become resource together in one group, but to be honest she's actually the one that did most of the job, since I have to leave the group in the middle. I'm impressed by what she did ^^ Well done Stevia.
More than that she's also the Zen Master on our Platoon..

Dea is a girl that have grown and improved even more in this camp, last camp we worked together in one Platoonm, where I was the Resources Leader and she done a great job back then, but just now.... She did even better hehe Nice job Dea ^^

We Love SuperTeen

This girl is called Edwina.. I've known her since she was a camper at 2006. This girl have been working with me couples of times and she's now improving and becoming even better and better, even though we're not in the same platoon this camp, but she has been such a nice friend for me the last few years... And since she's going to Canada this August... All the BEST for you!!!

Wiena

Hey in this camp, I met many good and funny person and Wiena is one of them haha,She's such a wonderful lady, that also become the Platoon leader for his Platoon and also Assistant Camp Leader wowww
you know this is so funny, I have no idea how it happens, but even though we're not from the same Platoon many things connected us.

Let me share some of them...
....Actually at the Leadership Game (only SuperTeens will understand hehe)
I'm not really joining, I'm just wandering around the campers, but this girl suddenly drag me all the way with her, until we finished the game haha..
...At the Waterboom Game she's also one of people that bombs me so many times and of course I bomb her back wkwk
..In one session on the 5th day I'm the one who scared her xD (you know what haha)
...Then at the graduation, she's also the one that give me the SuperTeen sticker.

and guess what we're one of the few people that got 2 stickers.. look carefully

This camp is actually such a challenge for me, since it's the beginning of my great journey on my summer holiday hehe...

Even though I didn't have put their photos, but I have some people that I admired alot for this camp...

Ernest, Ken, Peter, Ko Dickson, Ko Fredy, Ka Mega for their guidance, support and advice during this camp.

Cendol!! The Resources in my Platoon, Stevia, Stefanus, Jeanice, Michelle, Adrian, Yosu, Marino,Monice, Ryan and Meily for their great job during this camp.
Good to know that both Male and Female camp leader are from our Platoon you know, it's the first time I guest. Such a Great Leadership from Cornelia and Hans, Great Job!

I actually learned so many things that I decided to write them seperately so check my next blogs too ok? I still got a lot to write haha...
