In response, i decided to make a new blog series to tell you some of my stories, but as disclaimer i should warn you.
This is my blog! My side of the story.

Manager or Leader?
Rules. Wherever, whoever and whenever we are rules are something we will always stumble upon. It is there the very moment we are born. Be it the hospital, be it our own house and early when we start going to school, we always meet rules. It goes on and on and on, until we go to college and later on at work.
Some say rules are make meant to be broken, while other say the opposite. I personally agree and believe that rules are mostly old habits that people are afraid to break. Most rules are made out of circumstances and so as the circumstance differs so shall the rules.
However, it is not so secret that those who ignore the rules, those who think beyond the rules are often marked as outlaws, weirdo, disaster, wicked and whatever the ruler (whoever have power at their time, be it emperor, king, queen, president, general or whoever). That is exactly why we have a period of time well-known as the dark ages, where everything is so dark,so full of terror and so forth.
Nevertheless, we all must learn the rules! Learn, learn and learn some more so that we know them so well that the odds be in our favor.

While most people think that being selfish is a "bad" thing, here's what Basketball Legend Michael Jordan say
To be successful you have to be selfish, or else you never achieve. And once you get to your highest level, then you have to be unselfish. Stay reachable. Stay in touch. Don't isolate.
I. D card.
Everyone at some point of time get asked the question:
"Could you please show your I.D. Card?"
It is one of the very thing we all have.
The card itself varies on different forms, student card, member card, national identity card, driving license, passport and son. So what?
Well here's the deal.
I. D. Card [id card] can be understood as "An identity document is any document which may be used to verify aspects of a person's personal identity". (ask uncle google or whatever)
But ladies and gentleman I honestly never understand someone's personal identity from their id card. I mean yeah I know your name, where you live, when you're born, your religion and so on but that doesn't mean I know you! That doesn't make anyone know you (perhaps that makes one a stalker, but still not a classy one). Who we are can never be described by a single card. So how do you describe yourself?
Yes! That comes down to the very question I want to ask you.

Everyone have this "The One" thing! The One? What is this about? A special one person? The one thing to do? The thing you do coz you live only once? A book? A movie? A whatever stuff cross on Recca's mind?
Yeah, again everyone everywhere got this One Thing, the one thing we all seek in life. Be it something to do, someone to be, something to have, a dream to realize, a goal to reach, a business to build, a fear to overcome, a person to love, you name it!
The worst thing that can happen is that we lost track of the "One". The One thing you seek in this point of time. Can this one thing change? Sure! But we always have another One to replace it.
My Mentor Ernest Wong taught me that we always have direction in life, if you don't. Someone will give us their direction. Our Parents, our teachers, our friends, our girl/boy friend and whoever it is you met on your journey.
Whatever you are doing, wherever you are going, have faith. have conviction. There are lots of stuff that can be your One thing, I don't know what yours is, but I will continue to share and hopefully we all find ours.
We all have our stories we like, the one thing we want, the thing that really matters, the one we want to make the most of. what's yours?

Everyone want to be happy! Don't you?
Happy is one of the most common answer if we ask someone what do you want.
There can be a lot of way to express it (dramatically or not):
A. I just want us to be happy! B. All I want is your happiness! C. I just want to be Happy blablabla and so on.Hence ladies and gentleman, a lot fall to the trap.
In truth, you don't want to be happy. You don't want to simply be pleasured or satisfied.
It won't last for long. What You wanted is Happiness!!
Hap·pi·ness [hap-ee-nis] means the quality or state of being happy.
Happiness! A quality or state of being happy,
happy with quality in such a state that it flows on your blood, in your life.
So ask yourself! Your TRUE self, what would really make you happy?
What is your True Happiness?
I once make this painful decision to leave a state of being happy,
because I know that I have to be better to truly earn happiness.

"What is the best way to handle difficult people?"
Wow interesting question. Yeah well we always have people trying to be smart and give us all those advice of how to influence them, to understand them, be patience and stuff. (you know all that & I'm not telling you). Well yes we should give people chance, I agree to that point, but what if all else doesn't work?
If all else doesn't work, You name it!
Ask yourself, do you really need this person?
Can you do it without this person?
Is this person worth wasting your time?
What else can I do differently?
Still! If all else doesn't work, here's what I do,
Say I press delete on my mind and lets pretend we never met.
I give them the infamous
"You're dead to me look"
We all travel time to time, whether its just around our neighborhood, another island, oversea and wherever we can be. We walk, we drive, we go place to place. Maybe we went simply for holiday, or study, or work, or we got lost(!?) Whatever it is we shall realize that life itself is a journey.
The question is: "how far would you go?"
Everyone have their own journey, few years ago I make a decision. I choose to be better than to simply be happy, a tough choice, hence totally worth it! Some pains, some sacrifice are worth doing, because when the time come, you know that the price is right.
So Move! Don't just do what you are obliged to do, get out, get lost, get a Trip of a lifetime

Last week, I went on a trip, I have no idea and no actual plan to go, but it gave me some spiritual enlightenment. Day after day, I met lots of people. I met those who thought they got things figured out. Some actually did figure out about their lives and is on the right track. Some seems to lose hope and end up getting wasted. Well a lot has happened and most of the time we have no idea whats going on!
Funnily, as I read some of my blogs, they reminded me of things I use to hold on. I don't know who read this. I have no idea, how you get here, who you are and what you expect. I pray that somehow I can help and simply become better. Feel free to come back and contact me.
We might have no idea, whats ahead of us, but we can always learn from the past. One thing that I am very certain of is that:
People don't change, they just grow for better or worse.

The Revolving Trip
In between of my quiet-hectic schedule
I have to go on a trip to Surabaya, well not for Holiday (certainly not)
but go to Surabaya to help on conducting a School Workshop for Singapore National Academy (SNA), Surabaya.
Even though I have to my campus in a not-such-a-good-time, yet this trip is irresistible and very important. It's the first school-workshop/training program from Learning Mastery in Indonesia. The first of the upcoming events
Honestly, I have lots and lots and I assure you lots of things on my mind, while I went for this trip and I'm also curious about some things I left and things that I'm going to do. However one thing for sure is that I know I have to leave for this trip.
My mind was not peaceful as it has been for some time and yet, this trip help me to ponder, to reflect and to revolve on my thoughts. Make me think and see at the other side, the side I have been putting little attention to for the last few months....
I realized how far I have gone... and yet I realized how far I have to go... There are Sky above the Sky...
The path choose to walk on might be difficult, but nobody ever promised it to be easy right?
and for me it's easy, it might not worth the challenge
There are thousand of reasons and yet for me one of the reason is because I have people, who believed in me. During this trip to Surabaya, there are really finally time that I'm alone and I have nothing to do (it rarely happens when I'm on campus, there are always someone haha)
and during that time, I open my old nokia phone, looking at old photos of me as I was on High School, SuperTeen Camps and other events I have been through...
I thought I deleted all the old messages(sms) on my phone, because I was about to sell it last time and yet there are some folders left and the first message I read was a bit stunning.
It says.. "I like you because you're such a gentleman. you know what should come first. you admit things when you're wrong and stand when you're right. you work well, you speak well, you smile really well, you teach ppl well instead of feeling insecure tht someday someone would be better than you are. you treat ppl well, you treat me well. thankyou..........."

in case you don't believe me:
well a little story about that message, it was supposedly written in written form, but since the person never get the chance while I'm around, she message me instead. I haven't got the chance to meet or chat with the person for sometime, but I'm thankful that her message remind me of some important things.
I remember that there are people, just like her who believed in me. Whether they say it or not, write it or not, show it or not, I just know there are. Not trying to be so religious, but I know God has a plan I have to fulfill and I believe that God will never give you anything you can't handle.

Overall, this month I got sooo many things to do
3rd to 6th August, I got Mentor Training!! It was interesting, although I already learn about some of the materials, and yet it gives me some new insight
7th of August!! My Birthdayyy
8th of August, Cashflow Meeting meet with Ko Fred, Dd, Aldo and Dd's mom to play cashflow and to train ourselves to manage money! I'm the first to get out of the Race!!
9th of August, Inauguration of MPM and BEM! I'm officially Member of MPM 2010/2011
10th to 14th August, UPH Festival!! Time to Meet and Greet the Next Generations as Mentor
17th of August, Flag Ceremony and Go to Lippo with my Mentee
20th to 22th of August, MPK MPM!! I'm on the Event Production Division
27th of August, Youth Camp MC Audition - I'm the PIC of this since I'm also Event Production Division of Youth Camp 2010! Its not an Easy Audition for the participants, since it's not a usual event! Its YOUTH CAMP 2010!!!
28th of August, the Reunion Night of Communication, I'm member of Technical Support Division here
29th of August, Revivor (my futsal team) fisrt game and we won!! I got 2 goals not bad
30th August-2nd of September, Porank 2010!! The First Competition for NEW Students, I'm actually member of Sponsorship Division, but heck I still help the Event and Technical Support
Well It's a busy busy month!!

Okay right on the next day is Willy's Birthday. He took us to Sea World but just the four of us others are not available today. So its only Willy, Stedy, Naoki and Me(Recca).
