tapii ditengah2 ada BBM menarik nih

yang bisa diblang orang2 penting

(mngkn pernah penting, mngkn akan jd penting)

Hari ini adalah hari yang aneh tp gw lebi suka menyebutnya "menarik"

biasanya rabu itu kerjaan gw:

1. bangun agak siang (kelas siang)

2. kelas teologi 2 siang

3. ketemu org

4. Entrepeneur Club

kira2 begitu awalnya hari ini lumayan biasa

bangun pagi, harusnya siang ktmu Cikha & Adrian tp bentrok kelas

kelas teologi2 punn aneh karena selama pelajaran... gw teringat akan beberapa org yg bsa dibilang masi ada urusan yg blom selesai dgn gw...

saking ga fokusnya gw smpe pinjem2 liat catetan Bram (temen baik yg dsbelah gw)

setelah itu harusnya ketemu org yg mau ngasi undangan, tp batal

mau ketemu Adrian (yg harusnya td siang) tp pas gw ke gedung F (UPH) dia uda ga ada malah ketemu Tino,, dan membicarakan hal lain

Sorenya Entrepreneur Club,, orang yg biasanya hadir pada berhalangan,, muncul jg beberapa anak baru diluar dugaan tapi bagus...

soo kt selesai lebih cepet dan disinilah pencerahan terjadi

1. Nico (wakil Ketua Entrepreneur Club) & gw, ketemu bu Yeni (pembina UKM) dan ngobrol cukup lama untuk memperjelas beberapa rencana!!

2. Pas mau balik ketemu temen Jonas & akhirnya Jonas (my very very old friend) dan akhirnya gw ke rumah Jonas bwat ntn dvd comedy "30 minutes or less" jarang banget terjadi hal kaya gini

3. Temen baik gw yg satu lg secara "niat" debat dengan gw di BB dan membuka beberapa pembicaraan yg tersimpan lama

4. Beberapa orang yg muncul di pikiran gw pas kelas Teologi2 td mengontact gw

Dari hal-hal yang terjadi hari ini menyadarkan gw lebih lagi tentang hal-hal yang terjadi dan apa yang bisa lebih baik... gw melihat banyak skenario dalam kepala gw (sampe pusing)

ada paling ngga 4orang yang muncul tapi salah satu yg menarik adalah tulisan "The 3rd" yg gw sendiri ga ngerti artinya

Gw ga akan minta maaf untuk blog yang mungkin agak membingungkan ini,, klo ada yg tertarik dan pgen dijelaskan lebih jauh bole tnya gw langsung

Well August 2010 has been quiet a busy month for me

Its Interesting and full of events haha

Overall, this month I got sooo many things to do

3rd to 6th August, I got Mentor Training!! It was interesting, although I already learn about some of the materials, and yet it gives me some new insight

7th of August!! My Birthdayyy

8th of August, Cashflow Meeting meet with Ko Fred, Dd, Aldo and Dd's mom to play cashflow and to train ourselves to manage money! I'm the first to get out of the Race!!

9th of August, Inauguration of MPM and BEM! I'm officially Member of MPM 2010/2011

10th to 14th August, UPH Festival!! Time to Meet and Greet the Next Generations as Mentor

17th of August, Flag Ceremony and Go to Lippo with my Mentee

20th to 22th of August, MPK MPM!! I'm on the Event Production Division

27th of August, Youth Camp MC Audition - I'm the PIC of this since I'm also Event Production Division of Youth Camp 2010! Its not an Easy Audition for the participants, since it's not a usual event! Its YOUTH CAMP 2010!!!

28th of August, the Reunion Night of Communication, I'm member of Technical Support Division here

29th of August, Revivor (my futsal team) fisrt game and we won!! I got 2 goals not bad

30th August-2nd of September, Porank 2010!! The First Competition for NEW Students, I'm actually member of Sponsorship Division, but heck I still help the Event and Technical Support

Well It's a busy busy month!!

Okay right on the next day is Willy's Birthday. He took us to Sea World but just the four of us others are not available today. So its only Willy, Stedy, Naoki and Me(Recca).

Lembang AGAIN... SuperTeen Camp 27 June - 2 July 2010

Lembangggg woww this place la, dont know how many camps already...

Early in the morning after the Graduation in Tretes, only few of us are left.. well then we went on to the airport and gettin ready to go to Lembang. Honestly still didn't want to leave for some reasons haha... Talk some nonsense, Talk about some serious too while waiting well I just can't get enough knowledge from these people

Well anyway we must go on... after unexpected landing in Jogja, we finally reach Bandung (its my first time there, never been there before haha)

Movin on to PVJ we ate sushi and buy some stuffs for the camp and guess what there was cosplay on PVJ! Well can't tell u much, coz I only realize it on the way back to car.. and Lembang it is...

We prepared training room and some stuffs, really learned a lot from Ken and Peter

Then the resources came!!! Wow What a wonderful feeling meeting some people I haven't see for some time. Ko Fred my Mentor was there, then my Best friend Lindy, my sis Dd and many familiar faces like Tara, Dion, Darwin, Beatrice, Katherine, Klaudia, Linsy, Andre, Ariel, Adrian, Alan, Lisa, Dea, Stevia, Michelle, Ira, Stedy and so much more laah haha..

Then we selected the New Generations of Platoon Commanders:
Tara, Dion, Linsy, Darwin and Klaudia

Lets see few words I gotta say shall be..

Linsy, woaa haven't been working together for a loong time, but this person is one of the person who knew exactly how I grow up. She was there from the beginning!! Definitely one of My Best friend.

Dion, smarkid icon!! haha began his carrier from smartkid and Now became a fine man already well done!!!

Tara, the growing crimson rose always asks me and always want to improve! Great Will!!

Darwin, he worked well and he deserve being a Platoon Commander!! Keep Improving!

Klaudia, I was her Platoon Commander like loong time ago and she's also one!! Great!!!

I'm quiet close with them most have been working with me in one Platoon and Its nice to have them as Platoon Commanders

Dd, my little sis also one of the people who saw me growing, helped me much too was a PC and still caries that look haha! Note for you: Cool Down xp

Boim, one of the first gradute here was a Platoon Commander carried himself properly, definitely becoming a mature man!

Yonis, also one of the first graduate from Lembang! The Girang Queen!!!

Dea, young and mature woman, surely wll do great things hehe

Stevia, just hope she will know how to deal with life and organize everything back well :)

Beatrice, Dont lose to your brother and WATCH someone out wkwk

Lisa, also one of my best friend haha... know lots of ting happened the whole time xp

Andre, thanks for dancing sorry-sorry as well, you're very passionate man!

Ira, one of the several people i know since she was campers, most likely to become the next PC haha

Michelle, young and developing girl also one of the first I know since she was little (now still little lah wkwk, like a funny little sis hahaha

Stedy, listen to what Ken said. Improve or Die? You choose. You can be One of The BEST, if you're willing to work for it

Then for all the fresh resources I can I got lot more to say but basically for Alan, Adrian, Matius, Soni, Philip, Sebastian, Faris,Vincent, Yolenta, Billy you guys done well, make corrections and come back you're the next generation

Ken teach me another whole next level things about love, but this time around yaa Ken also often bully me la,, so sad(just kidding laa wkwk)

Peter also teach me and inspire me so much from our chats... Especially his speech...

well I can only say I Love the camp and if its wasn't because the camp, I won't be going anywhere in life...

Yeah really really really gonna miss the camp.. too much memories about the camp, so many people, so many tears, so many sweat, so many laughter and so much memories...

Just like Peter said... I'll always remember where it all began... Always

well some special things time around are...

- Teach Sorry-sorry dance

- Jogging became a must for everyone

- We play soccer to honor World Cup

- Did many "Train For Crazy" Training wkwk

Well I just Love The Camp, love the feeling and I also practiced about some things lah haha... I'm getting closer and closer to My Goal (try to guess it haha)

Lessons of The Camp:

- You Might be The First!!!

- For Things to Change, You MUST Change FIRST

- What Might Be Difficult, Can Work!

- Improve, Improve and Improve some More!!!

and in the end I would say that Ernest scold me,, upss I mean talk loudly to me just so many times that it crushes and tears my confidence just sooo many many times that most people would give up and begone... just to make me realize that... "Hey!! I'm Not Most People!! Not Even Close!!!" Yeah I'm not someone so special, there were just soo many people out there better than me, but one thing that Ernest remind me is Never to Get Upset and Raise Back Up!!

Sunrise... SuperTeen Camp 19-25 June 2010

three years ago was my first camp in Tretes and the first one there as well.

I remember it clearly the day that my best friend Lindy, both of my mentors Ko Dickson and Ko Fred came with me along with Peter, Ken and Ernest. It was the my first camp around Surabaya. We arrived one day before, prepared the training room, took some photos and enjoyed the landscapes.

that was 3years ago...

and now both my best friend and my mentors who taught me lots of important things are not are not around...

this time around I came with only Ka Lasri, Pak Herlambang, Nurdin and Ken on the first night. (Ernest and Peter came the next day) Training room is still used so we can't do much at all...

and somehow this camp feels weird, it was like the first camp that both of my mentors who taught me to translate was not around.

Next day was a bit better, there was an intense nostalgic feeling when the resources came. I met some old friends, including subordinates who worked with me on the last camps. Wow what a wonderful feeling, something I have been missed for some time

and of course met some special people... some I know a long time ago... like...

Buana an old friend, one of my first friend from Surabaya, who is now a translator as me as well

James Young a friend, who I watched developing into a great man, we were together in the same Platoon for sometime and now he is the Platoon Commander

Alvian and Katherine, people who also worked with me couples of time

Yinyin a wonderful person I met about two years ago, who always seems to make things right

Flo a compassionate friend, who became Camp Coordinator for this camp

Vero the Camp Leader from my Platoon at the first camp in Tretes

Natalia a leader I knew since she was camper, who camp back and become PC this camp

Virginie also one of the leader at her camp, who came back as PC

The two brothers Christian and Andrew, who I met from the last camp and turn out to good resources

Bobby also someone I know when he was campers

and I met some new interesting people of course,,

Hans an old resource and someone I just can trust and talk to this camp

James a young man, who always want to learn to become better. I'm sure he's going to develop into a fine man and there was also Ivan, Yuda, Vivi and Nova, who also worked well. Even thought I'm not so close with them...

some other friends also came, Olive came at the fourth day and help and there was also Kezia and her sister Felizia...

Talent Time was good... I became MC with Yinyin and danced Sorry-Sorry with Andrew (who teach us all), James, Buana and so many other people I couldn't say one by one... (Sorry don't have either photo or video)

We faced some troubles, ran into solutions... Met disagreement and figure it out.. Well overall I would say this camp is a good camp to learn from

One more important thing along this camp is the sunrise... One day I saw sunrise with someone just like I did with this person last time... and I would honestly say I never did with anyone else...

There are things you can never forget you know and I guess it's one of them haha [I know some might not understand, but never mind... I didn't meant it to be understood anyway hwhw... It's just something to remind me again and again :) ]

Lessons of The Camp:

- Ernest say "Don't be too Good to People"

- Fail to Prepare is Preparing to Fail

- Lead By Example

- Friendship is Not about How often you saw or speak to each other, Its How much You Understand Each Other

and Last but Not Least I would say that hey I was one of the Top Troublemaker everyone has ever seen, you can ask people what I do to mess things up xp

and yet everytime I get scolded, everytime I made a mistake, everytime I mess things up.. I always remember "What Doesn't Kill me Makes Me Stronger" and so I would say....

Its Not about How Many Times You Fall, but rather How Many Times You RAISE BACK UP that Counts

I would call this Leader's Time, coz it's Time for us the Young Generation to take The Lead. For this Financial Revolution I was given the privilege by the Top Management of TDW Resources to recruit people to become Crew for this event. Therefore I have the honor to ask my brothers and sisters from SuperTeens and my trusted friends to join this event.

We really learned and experienced a lot here

As the result most of the crew (not all) are teens on Senior High and University level. I was glad that they could made it, even though some people I invited wasn't able to join us.

and I saw a vision of leaders grown from these Young Generations... The Future Leaders, the next multi-millionaire to be that will definitely do great in the future...

At This Point of Time, somehow the Crew labeled on the back of our T-Shirt are labeled Leader and so I thought that this is not just some coincidence, but rather a sign. A sign of Hope to deal with the Future, The Leader's of The Next Generation....

Hi!!

wow it's feelslike forever from my last blog...well I have been kind of "occupied" the last few months and I have been focusing on those things that I can rarely blog or even open facebooks. If you look at my last blog, its like I'm finally LIVING my words. Doing The Thing I wrote....

Well one of the reason I'm back is also that yesterday I meet lot of Amazing people on the SuperTeen Resource Test and many of the Resources Candidates are awesome!! One of them, someone I haven't met for a long time too remind me of something I used to do, which I haven't share in my blog for a long time hehe... Thanks to that person I'm BACK to INSPIRE ;)

Hope that person know, how thankful I am hehe

Wow Havent blog for sometimes or exactly haven't post some of the blogs I had been writing...

Readers!! Let me ask you something...

Have you ever felt empty. . . So empty that even though many was around you, you just seems to be not in the mood of doing things properly.. sort of losing the idea of who you are??

Well Thats exactly the thing I felt the last few weeks, there was some kind of weird feeling binding me up into the center of a pandemonium, paralyzing me from what I should do and think. Bad influence?? Maybe, possibly and yet it reminds me of the title of my mentor's blog, Ken's blog, which is "WE ARE OUR BIGGEST ENEMY". So was it me being stupid or was is the influence and the atmosphere? Well one way or another I don't give a damm about it. Whats done is done...

I honestly will admit that whatever I did the last few weeks, was not maximized and was not enough for me. What people think about it matters not, because I know myself better than anyone and I know its below my standards. I could have done much better... Again one of my principle saved me, which is "No Fear, NO REGRET" and I shall just let those feelings away...

BUT HEYYYYY!!!
Have you ever experience a feeling that suddenly all the things that has happened to you, just suddenly appear in front of you as if you're watching all of them all by yourself??? Didn't happen often but happened to me tonight (still like 22.00 something when I wrote this).

All of the sudden I finally realize that I can be much better and if better is possible, good may not seems enough for me. . .
How does it happen? Is it because all the holiday, the conversations, the debates, the movies, the relationship, the friendship, the fun, the togetherness, the problems, the misery, the articles, the task or thing I've had all along last week till today that brings me Here and Now??

I bet each and every single thing happened have its own parts. Today I didn't feel so good about something, I guess some things just didn't work out and the Question is... "SO WHAT???!!" (I suddenly remember this words saved me so many times).

What doesn't KILL me Makes Me STRONGER and Even STRONGER . . .

Whatever happened back then... whatever it is... as long as I'm Alive.. I SURVIVED it. So from this point on, I guess I'll just Make MORE Things Happen!!!
It feels like there is a voice telling me to "RAISE AND TO RAISE MY STANDARDS!" (Always reminds me of what Ernest told us every camp) and Now... I heard the voice...
A voice heard in the distance that gives me a Hint. . . and Now its feels like I was hearing my own voice... I AM The VOICE!!!

It feels like... As if there are more and more Lights shining inside me, filling each and every part of me with more lights... As long as its for better. . . let me the Light. . . Let me be the instrument that Lightens Up Everything else!!!

In short, that short movie was showing us about a girl (which is classified as beauty), who ordered food in a library and when the librarian tell her that it's library, she keep on ordering the food by whispering, which indirectly shows that she doesn't really know what to do in a library hahaha. Well for boys/guys don't be so happy, bcoz it's nothing really about girls and yet it for both male and females.

This short movie reminds me that Beauty is not only outside, its inside as well. I mean like an old saying say 'don't judge a book, from its cover', don't judge someone from the look, well if you does in terms of love I'll call it "crush", signs of crush at times you wanted to be with that person want to feel what's its like and stuffs like that and in the end it nothing more that "curiosity". might be

Let me give you something I learned the last few years, yet I learned so much about relationship, why because all around me I saw people suffering from it so I guess it might be interesting to learn and would be nice if say I can figure something out to help them and in fact I helped some to free their mind, even just a bit. Of course, I can't mention it, since they got my words and REAL man never goes back on his words.

Well another truth about me, ever since I broke up with my ex, I was single for about 3years now and mate I'm still ALIVE!!! YES Mate!!! I'm freaking alive!!! "SO WHAT???" ask me that. The "SO WHAT" here is that some people just can't live a month or worse couples of weeks or even worse couples of day without girlfriend or boyfriend. WOWW Fabulous Lets give a "GO TO HELL" clap to this people. They are definitely the people I'll categorize as "People I don't get along with". I disrespect them, I disgrace them and I'm annoyed for even knowing that such "creature" exist.

I mean if you can't respect yourself, how the hell are you expecting me or other people to respect you?? You don't deserve that and please mate, don't ask for something you don't deserve coz you'll lose it anyway. Time, take a not about this, time will prove and time will reveal, who you really are. You might look handsome/pretty/sexy/hot or whatever and so what? It's just how you looked, it's like covering yourself with mask to cover you disgusting/evil/dark/bastard side. If some people suddenly want to stop reading, I guess my writing has somehow reminds them of something. Yet I challenge you to keep on reading guys, I can't promise you anything, but I might free your mind even for just a bit.

Hmm to explain this I'll simply use a word called "charm", which will leads us to another word called "charming". Charming and charm are words that are often used to describe enchantment, attractiveness, appealing, inviting and any others which trigger other's desire and seems like hypnotized everyone and yet sorry to say only few have those charm, it's something rare you can't find everyday even every year, it's just,,, too rare and too precious. However many "seems" to have such charm, ehhhh wait why did I put quotation mark on the word 'seems', well its simply because many people "only" seems to have one, which will fade in time. Well you can't really lose you touch, unless you never have one.

Let me tell you a bit about these "creatures I don't get along with", I often called them "The Pretenders". This pretenders often broke their promises, pretends that they are good, pretends that the love people and when its time they'll just leave you and look for another one. At times there are possibilities that they'll come back and begging for mercy saying every single sweet word for your forgiveness and yet they'll hurt you over and over again. How did I know that?? Coz I do know some of these "creature" and sorry to say they deserve No Mercy, No Respect, No Love, they deserve... NOTHING. I mean come on mate. You expect something you don't deserve? Well its up to you, but you'll lose it anyway. Like I said before the keyword here is "TIME" and Yes Time will prove it to you.

Furthermore I will tell you and interesting fact, which experiences told me about these creatures. These creatures I called "The Pretenders", most of them are standing upon something called ~~"Truth behind Lies"~~ oh yeah I interviewed some of these people, even though we're not getting along. One of them said that it simply means behind all their lies, there is a truth a truth called by most of them "Temptation". So what is this temptation about?? Its' about lying about love, It's about making people believe that we love them and leave them, when we found a better one. I can only describe this as "NONSENSE" so you just hurt others, without thinking about them and each time I asked one of them most of them leads to "That's Live" and yet I say "No That NOT Live, that JUST YOU and YOUR LIVE". I always believe that don't do things, you don't want others to do to you. Thats why I can't play with love, coz I don't want anybody to do the same thing to me.

Anyway this ~~"Truth behind Lies"~~ is NONSENSE. Let me tell you why there is no such thing as ~~"Truth behind Lies"~~. I always believe that one lie will lead to another lie, why is that so?? Because once you lied to someone, you'll have to make another lie to cover the lie you've made before and sooo you'll have to make another lie, which will later on become a "Chain of Lies", which is similar with the "Chain of Hatred" I hated. Therefore I conclude that there is no such thing as ~~"Truth behind Lies"~~, because behind a lie, there will be another lie and to the next lie, which is what I called never ending "Chain of Lies".

Few days ago one of my friends is somehow poisoned by this philosophy and here are a bit of our conversation.

Well My advice if you noticed some people like that around you, please avoid them and leave them immediately because those are the people with outer beauty, and yet nothing inside. A part of you might not be able to resist the temptation and yet that's only a part of you!!! In every single thing you do in life part of you will agree and some will not, you might hear the voices, imagine the future or even got a feeling and yet... If I may give you, say a piece of advice... Do what you have to do, or you might regret it your whole Life.

I'm finally BACK after 2 looong weeks

and this afternoon (the first day home), I dunno why, but I was sweating and so I finally began to ask myself this one question 'am I tired?' and after two long weeks I finally began to realize that I am.... 'a bit tired' wkwkwk

Anyway Lets begin with my journey...

Alrite at the 20th June, we got our briefing (the camp is at the 22nd) and I was supposed to be a Platoon Commander + Translator, along with Yonis, Dd and Alfons. How to choose Platoon Commander? Simple we did that by nomination hahaha... We selected our Platoon Member and others, then later on had some dinner with some of my friends. We're very excited about this camp ^^

22nd morning we're supposed to gather at 6 o'clock in the morning and some of us (including me) just seems to be too exited and I woke up sooo early about 3 or something and sms others half an hour afterwards, even Lindy replied 'Recca, Dion its still 4 o'clock in the morning...' and so when the replies came, I realize that so many others are also awake already.. was it the exitement? Well you'll NEVER eeee,,, eVer understand unless you joined the camp xp

Later when we arrived at the gathering spot, Lindy, Dion and some others thought that my grandpa is my dad hahaha, then we wait, wait and wait for the others do some headcounts and finally leave for Lembang!! We played some Uno, chit chat, sing songs, jokes around, some are gossiping around, some slept, some ate snack.... Well just so many things to do haha

and as we arrived in Lembang, Ken (my mentor, the co-trainer of SuperTeen) told me that I might have to be a full translator, since I was asked to go to Surabaya as well. Then we selected someone which is Richard to replace me and sooo here's the Platoon Commander's Dd, Alfons, Yonis and Richard. Of course some changes are done to balance the resources between each Platoon. I'll show u their photo later on....

I guess, this camp might actually be the camp with most casualties, i mean lindy got 'chicken pox/cacar' and went home, Alfons (one of the Platoon Commander) also went back on the fifth day, because of high fever. Then some resources like Hans, Edwina, Dion and some others including me also felt sick. I also got fever and can't join the last COE. I was also kinda forced to sleep for some time. However somehow i just need few hours to recover. Something I dislike here is that in the class, the speaker is facing the stage, so when I translate I sometime couldn't properly hear, what the trainer is saying ^^" I did some mistakes on the first day I think, but then I get used to it and its okay (even I can't listen properly, I think I'm getting more and more expert in SuperTeen lessons haha)

Another thing is that I think this camp is the camp, where I got so many nicknames starting from Anime-Looking, Japanese-Looking, Korean-Looking, cool, cute(???), mysterious man, jumper/teleporter (some campers say sometimes I just appear and disappear), even Jay Chou and Recca-chan wkwkwk... There might be some more but I don't know haha

Some interesting people... In this camp, I was close to a Platoon called Bakpao, whose Platoon Commander is Richard, which is supposed to be my Platoon haha and some people here are interesting. Bobby the first row, we lip sing some songs during break wkwkwk. Kris, who always called me brother haha, he's one of the most potential leader. Richard Vincent, a young man that will sure make a great priest and politican. The girl I would say have some kind of inner charm, I think she gained some fans after the camp haha Vonny and her friend, quiet troublesome on CoE, but experience said the most troublesome might improve a lot, if they choose so (I was troublesome too wkwkwk). From other Platoons too, Elsa and Indra the siblings, who came back from USA. The camp leaders, Callista and William. A girl named Michelline, who might make a good resource (according to some resources). Bakso King Dana and Ian, who are going to have 6 pack wkwk. Perry and Stedy, my best friends from different era that I trusted wholeheartedly and soo Many other campers I can't mention one by one...

Thanks to the friendship and togetherness of resources that I will always remember, Thanks to Siomay Platoon, who always give me a place to sit haha. Congrads for the 4 Platoon Commanders: Richard, Alfons, Dd and Yonis. The Old resources like Stevia, Michelle, Samantha, Edwina, Yosen, Dion, Lisa, Eric, Jean, Tare, Klaudia, Alex and Darwin that have been a great friend for me. Thank You for Tara for borrowing me the her scarf (helps my troat), Thanks to Yonis that made me dozens of Lo Huan Ko wkwk. Thanks to Alfons, Albert, Eric and Darwin for being a crazy and amazing roomate wkwk. Thanks to the New Resources Albert, Angelina, Jonathan, Yolenta, Andre, Moinca, Irene, Julia, Ariel, Aldo and Ira. Last but not least also the TDW staffs like Ka Lasri, Wenny, Ko Ryan, Edy, Herman and also Ci Mega and Ko Fred (my big brother and my mentor) . Sorry if I can't spend some quality time with you guys sorryy, but I'll improve and became even better next camp ^^

Okay that was Lembang ^^

as the campers and the trainers went away to Jakarta, we had our dinner and finally back to the hotel. During the dinner a message excites me, but I won't tell yaa hahaha.. We also had karaoke but i can't sing, gotta save my voice. The we went back to the hotel have some sharing session.
I was supposed to go back too, since there is smartkid , but since I was going to Surabaya I was asked to rest. We have some chit chat, sharing session, evaluation session and of course jokes session ahahaha... well honestly i feel something weird around, but anyway the story must goes on xp

Next day I woke up 6 o'clock my leg cramp ,, gotta take a walk and in one intersection suddenly a staff appeared right in front of me, i almost jumped into him, but my reflex works at the right time haha. Then I walk for few minutes, before I finally went back to my room and continue my sleep. Then we leave for CiWalk for few hours, shopping, lunch, looking for souvenirs and things like that, but I just can't find anything I like so I just had Batagor for my lunch (Everytime I went to bandung MUST eat haha) then I bought some brownies for my parents and after having fun on the 7th day, we finally went back to Jakarta. I fell asleep on the journey, but tiredness hasn't caught me yet ^^

As the time goes by we finally arrived in CL or what people call Ciputra, There was smartkid seminar there and we visit them and also the Trainers (Ernest, Ken, Peter, etc). I was supposed to translate and yet since I'm leaving to Surabaya the next day, I was told to rest. One stupid things here is that our friend 'Miss Culun Ira' tried to injured herself by putting hansaplast on a fresh wound without cleaning it up first sooo culun, but we stopped her in time. We also took some photo (AGAIN)

Furthermore I went back with Ka Wenny (same route home) and I start to pack for the next dayyyy.I woke up early in the morning go online for a while... Missing SuperTeen badly and at noon, I went to the airport, meet up with Ken and Jean then prepare ou ludgage. While we are waiting for our flight, Ken give me a test from the book called 'The 5 Language of Love' and my result shows very high results on 'Quality Time' and 'Personal Touch' I actually don't really understand about that, well maybe I should read that book sometime ^^

As we arrived in Surabaya I felt as if I'm a tour guide haha, calling the person that is supposed to pick us up etc. Then we were brought to meet Pak Herlambang in Tunjungan Plaza or something to had dinner, before we went to Tretes where the camp takes place. We also met Irena, a resource and also founder of Youth Business Camp. I never met her personally before and well she seems quite expert in business, maybe I shall learn business from her. Then we had our dinner, Jean's lasagna took sooo long, dunno what they did with the lasagna haha. Then Ken went to starbucks to use internet connection, since he wish to update antivirus. Then I checked TP for a while with Jean, but didn't but anything in the end. It feels as if I'm in Jakarta, everything seems familiar hahaha. Then we finally head to Tretes. In short, we arrieved there check in and..... set the training room up. I learned just soo many things about setting up here and since it took quite a while I went to sleep at about 1 o'clock, but I was fine ^^

Early in the morning I woke up, took a bath and check the training room again, while waiting for the resources to come. Finally when the resources arrived, I met some old friends like Bobby, Buana, Olivia, Antoni, Antonio, Kezia, James, Lingga, Adriana, Katherine. Then I also meet new people such as Edo, Irena, Kenny, Patrick, Flo, Christine, Michael, Jordy, Ave etc. Some of them actually knew me from the past camp, so I'm a bit familiar with some of them ^^ something interesting that Irena reminds me is that it's interesting that I can get along well quite fast with them, even though even the old resources haven't meet me for such a long time. Interesting isn't it? haha.
During the briefing I was again nominated as Platoon Commander ==" but I have to refuse since I'm just helping here, have to let others to learn ^^ then it is decided the 3 Platoon Commanders: Bobby, Olive and Antoni, Camp Co: Irena and Buana.

One thing I learned here is to push my self and keep on improving in the worse situation. Since I have to translate with sore throat, which makes me optimize my breathing ability. I won't protest because Bobby was sick and Ko Fred aren't supposed to translate some lessons, so we simply need to rotate and yet James my roommate said that I cough during my sleep hahaha. We also have some karaoke on the last night, Bobby and I became the MC there...

After the Graduation we went to 'Ayam Sri' restaurant, they said it a very famous restaurant and really the presto chiken there tasted very good haha. The the resources went back to Surabaya by buss, while Ernest, Ken, Jean, Ko Fred, Pak Herlambang and me went back to Tretes Raya Hotel. The next day, Ernest, Ken and Ko Fred went to the airport early in the morning to catch their plane, while Jean, Pak Herlambang and me went later.

Pak Her had a meeting to attend and so Jean and Me went to Sutos (Surabaya Town Square) and meet up with some friends. Edo and Olivia came first then followed by Buana, Kezia, Flo and at last Nathalia. Here are some photos that we took

The Eight of Us

Recca, Edo, Olivia, Jean and Nathalia(feels like taking Wedding Picture wkwk)After the lunch (Edo treat us, thanks Edo ^^), Pak Herlambang and Pak Nardar pick us up at about 1 o'clock, then we drove Flo to her campus at UPH Surabaya and drove all the way to the airport. We say goodbye to Jean, who's going back to Singapore. Then Pak Her and Me check our tickets in. Then Pak Her went to meet someone and this is where the exitement comes. I went myself to the plane, (after wandering around a while) I was waiting for Pak Her and a stewardness saw me using handphone and told me to turn it off, even though I'm still replying sms ckckck...

Amazingly this flight is not delayed and suddenly a stewardess announced something like 'If Mr Herlambang is on board, please report to one of the stewarness immidiately. I was thinking whether i should call him, but then some stewardess are going around including the one who asked me to turn my phone off ==" and in the end... He didn't show up until the flight took off!!
In the end we finally met, when we arrived at Jakarta. He said that he almost missed the plane and is immediately ask to sit on an empty chair in front.

Pak Mus picked us up and drove me home, before they went somewhere else and in the car we cheers with some cola there. 'Jakarta Here We are!!'
I was soo tired at the following night so I went to bed early
Well Thats one of My Fantastic Journey!!!

Some Reflexion:
Sometimes there are times, when people missunderstood you for something you didn't meant to and yet I am mature enought to accept that I did a mistake and is ready for the punishments, which therefore let me to learn more, take the lesson and move forward. Like a saying that says 'No Matter How Good a Child is, The Parent will always find The Flaws' and yet I think its meant to push the children and let them grow. In the End, What doesn't Kill Me and Whatever I Survive, Makes Me Stronger and even Stronger ^^

One thing for sure... I will became one of The Greatest EnterTrainer The World have yet to seen, Count On Me!!!

11 Principles of 'Recca's Style'

'Resource' basically means supply and yet supply is not as simple as food and money, but also anything or anyone who can be help for us. In the SuperTeen Holiday Camp 'resources' is the term used to describe a mentor, which are none other than SuperTeen Graduates that passed the test and is acknowledged as a mentor. Even though I never asked directly but I guess its because we (mentors) are meant to be resources (source and supply) for the SuperTeens.

And yet the question is... How can we become a good resource? Honestly nowadays I personally think that good is not enough. Like a saying which says 'If Better is possible good is not enough' and ironically nowadays good might not be enough, because I noticed that there are more and more people with good potential and skills.

So what should we do? Well we simply gotta be better ^^
and so I believe there are so many qualities, which is need to become one and yet I'll just tell you all 11 things, which is important to me and to make it easier to call and memorize... I'll just call it The 11 Principles of RECCA'S STYLE....

11 Principle of RECCA'S STYLE

1. Resourcefulness
As a resource of course we have to be resourcefulness lhaa, we gotta know how to get resources from different places. If we're told to do something we can't do, we have to look for another resource immediately, maybe a tool or even someone else that can help us. We might sometimes use our imagination though and yet the point is being resourcefulness.

2. Effective and Efficient
Ernest always told us about being 'effective and efficient' and I think SuperTeen (especially resources) should have known about this, or else I'll torture you all wkwkwk... So you simply have to be Effective and Efficient xp

3. Creating Influence
Alright Influence is a very important thing for a resource, because we should know that not everyone are willing to follow everything and yet even though we are selected as a resource, doesn't actually mean that we got influence. People might give us authority, but not influence. So create the Influence. This is the real basic of leadership, since authority might not give you influence, but influence might give you authority. So Influence is the basic of Leadership.

4. Champion Spirit
Spirit is like soul that would lead to our attitude and behavior. Therefore I trust Champion Spirit as one of the most important thing, since to become a Champion we don't only need to think or act like one, but also to have the spirit like one. The Spirit of 'Never Giving Up and to Keep on Pushing Ourselves Forward and Keep Moving Forward' as a Champion.

5. Always 100%
Yes as a Resource we have to give 100% and even more, even though we might be tired and exhausted, The show must go on!!! That's exactly why we needed to hold ourselves together and do what we have to do with nothing less than 100%. Actually sometimes the trainers and even some of the resources are sick and yet not many notice that because even though we are sick, we still have to be 100% and Always 100%!!!

6. Self Esteemed
Just like 'Effective and Efficient', Self Esteem is one of the most important basic though in SuperTeen and so I assume all SuperTeens (again especially resource) know about it and again review about Self Esteem, which is one of the key to become amazing resource.

7. Superior Skill
Superior Skill for me means that you have to be better in certain aspects, which aspects??Well the SuperTeens lessons is simple example. I mean of course you have to be expert, before you can teach someone. About other aspects you have to find it out yourself based on your talents and interest like I mentioned in one of my past blog 'Know Yourself'. Yet I have to remind you that nobody's perfect, so don't bother winning over others, just win over your old self ^^

8.Togetherness
Togetherness for me is more than teamwork, because teamwork might not occur without the togetherness of the team and for me we shall also be more than a team, but also a family that we care about each other as if we are brother and sisters like Ernest often said 'in the spirit of brotherhood, neighborhood, Robin Hood and the other hoods' wkwkwk

9. Youthful Charm
Having a Youthful charm is about being attractive with our young and enthusiastic side sort of being a charming person. Like Ken mentioned once, someone doesn't have to be good looking to become charming, its a matter of attitude and character. Therefore being attractive and charming here is important, because people tend to follow attractive person rather than a boring person. True or True? wkwk

10. Levelheaded
Levelheaded is a bit similar with superior, but it's in certain aspects such as being calm, wise and reasonable. A good example is that as a resource we can be 'playful' and yet 'playful' is not equal to 'playfool', they are different and as a resource that's one of our responsibility to stay aware of that, which therefore means we have to know when to be playful and when to gets serious! Knows when to lead and when to follow! That's what I called Levelheaded!

11. ExtraOrdinary
The Last but not least is Extraordinary. Extraordinary people are ordinary people that did extraordinary things and achieve extraordinary result, which means that they are people, who have made differences in their lives and others lives. For sure this is one of the key of becoming a Great Resource, since resources are meant to be a role model and so like Ernest said Resources must aspires to be Extraordinary!!!

Well actually as I mentioned before to become a great resource many qualities are necessary, but for me this 11 here are the keys that are very important on determining how good a SuperTeen Graduates become after they graduates and make differences on their own paths.
So one more time...

On one of My Weekends, I went on an invitation to Airlangga restaurant in Ritz Carlton Jakarta and I have to say that I love the foods there. It have Chinese food, Indonesian food, Japanese food, Korean food, Western food and so many kind of foods.

Dear Readers, talking about the BEST and especially in the field of study, the first name that crossed on my mind will be none other than Dr Ernest Wong. Despite of the many people that said that they are expert in accelerated learning, still Ernest Wong is the best on learning how to study.

In Super Learning for Adults, the participants are mostly adults 21++ that wanted to learn about how to study, which are things like,,, speed read, spidergram, improving memoy etc. The resources(crew/mentor) there are Dd, Boim, Dion, Lisa, Pandu, Adeline and Me(Recca) with help of TDW Staffs, who organized the whole event Ka Lasri, Wenny, Emlyn, Edy and Ko Ryan. Ko Ryan and Ci Mega was there as translator and some friends like Ko Fred, Ci Yenny, Bu Margaret, Lilian, Ko Hendro and some other friends also came to say hi. Then of cource the Master Trainer Dr Ernest Wong was also there to teach hahaha

One thing I want to share about Ernest is that he's one of the few trainer that have some kind of charm that people can feel, when he is teaching about anything. This really makes a difference in training, because like Ernest once he told me about training, that average trainers just get on the stage and give lesson,which anyone can do. However when a great trainer get on the stage, that person can bring the lesson to life, by giving personal touch into it.

So its not only about what the lessons are, but also how and who talking in a session, that makes a difference. Amongst so many trainers I've ever seen, Ernest is one of them that can make the people listen to him excitedly, when he teach and thats exactly why I wanted to learn from him, ,,from the BEST...

For me it was such an honor working with him,,
Alright being a resource for me is being aware of what you are supposed to do, I mean we usually got a briefing on what to do, but briefing will be useless if we did not understand what we are supposed to do right? And so we have to be aware of what to do, even at times we are not sure. Yet the BEST thing to do at that situations is to ask. However learning from my past experiences I kinda get the feeling on what to do at certain situation for example the 'speed read' session at this seminar.

.....and that was day one of Super Learning for Adults seminar.
Well the seminar of day 01 does end here, but the adventure begins here!!!

Okay I got several options, I could stay at several places and just simply need to pick one, but before that we try to get some food since we're kinda hungry wkwk. So Dd, Lisa, Adeline, Dion, Boim and me tried to work things out and so we went to kalimata or something nearby Mangga Dua. I ate there once with Ko Fred, Edy, Cia, Hendi and their friends after Financial Revolution last year, the food are awesome, but the girls didn't really like it there since it all loaded up, so we decided to go to Puri Mall, since Adeline, Dion and Lisa lived nearby. I also finaly decided to stay at Boim's Place since its kinda complicated if I went back from Puri. So Puri Mall here we come!!!

They seems to be exited to go to Puri, talking about what food to eat, what to do (Lisa even mention about photobox stuff) and well everything just sounds so fine. Until well since we're in a car and I just watched 'Shutter' the day before with Stedy and Ley, it reminds me of a scene in shutter wakakak and I remind them too since some of them seen that movie too hwhwhw.

Then the madness starts here, we suddenly are stuck in a crazy traffic for hours and when we were already nearby Puri Mall, we suddenly realize that there were a sale or something there that caused all the traffic jam and it seems impossible for us to find a parking lot for Boim's car and so we decided to turn around and drove all the way toooo Hypermart and hoping that there are some food there, well Solaria, KFC and some other restaurant are there.

However.... we were wrong, Solaria and most of the other restaurants are closed. Our last hope lies on KFC. Before we walked to KFC, I went into Hpermart with Dd and Lisa for awhile to look for something and I choose to simply pick any milk I find and I find a milk I don't recognize the brand but anywat it MILK wkwk, then Lisa asked me to pick another one for her and fortunately there is and it the last haha. Anyway the price stated there was 3 thousand something, but when we are about to pay, suddenly each milk cost 12 thou something!! What The Heck, but anyway whats done is done. 'No Fear, No Regret' my second principle, so I just pay the rest and drink lhaa no time to waste, while the others are dying

Lisa was probably thinking 'there is always time and strenght for hoto even when I'm starving to death'
and Dd probably 'Aiyooo anything to eat laa, I'm thin already!!'

wakakakaka but that all just my assumtion okay, I dunno wheter they are true or not hwahahah

In the end, we finally eat in KFC. I actually don't like to complain, but this one I really have to complain. First of all the rice they gave are like half-cooked. It looks and tastes more like porridge than rice to me, I even have to eat it with spoon mate!!! Its something I won't call rice. When we started eating, Dion and Adeline went to the Hypermart to get some things and I also asked them to buy me milk, since the milk before taste awful! Even though I drank all of it, I need another. Then the KFC people did something stupid, they missed Dion's order and when Dion came back they closed the cashier already, so Dion didn't get his food. What the hell with this KFC. Even mistaken an order... swt...

After that we waited for Adeline's ride and Lisa's ride, but then we realized that if Lisa's father come to us, then he will definitely stuck in the traffic jam. Therefore we asked them to wait at a gas station and Dion and me escort Lisa there. Amazingly the traffic jam was still there, maybe even worse and yet as we predicted, walking seems to be faster than driving car there, it will take hours to pass that area. We managed to escort her to the meeting place and go to our journey back to the car, well its a nice exercise though.

Then our journey goes on, we drove Dd back to his apartment at TA and finally the three of us Boim, Dion and me set sail to Boim's house, well Dion and me are staying there for that day. When we arrived there, it was quite late already and Boim PLANNED to sleep. Boim's brother Yohan was already asleep, even though ou noise woke him. Well then I decided to go online for awhile and see, who's online too. Adeline and Pandu are online as well, but then Brigitta (a supeteen) is online and Dion and Boim used my phone to chat with her. Then it ends up that one of them (Dion/Boim) called Brigitta and it continius that they called some other like Adriana(sby), Vera(don't ask me dunno who) and several other girls, actually we planned to tease Stevia, but she didn't pick up the phone. Mist! Then we end up sleeping at 2 o'clock something in the morning.

I don't know the exact time, but Dion's phone alarm wake us up and we took turn going to the bath and Boim said something about Dion speaking while he was sleeping wkwkwk. Maybe he suffers brain damage because of Boim's assault, before we slept, when he jump on us and start a quick war haha.

The next day we went to the church and something stupid happened here...
Alright the church is have 4 floor and we went to the 3rd floor since Boim said that teens usually are sit around there. However... It was soo empty and only several human is seen there. So later on we went to the 4th floor, because Boim thought the teens must be there and yet its even more emptier thatn the 3rd floor is. Though we stayed there. After that we ate some snack there, Dion ate as if he haven't eat in days wkwkwk, well true enough.. Then we also help an old man to cross the street, but that old man leave a bad impresson ckck... I'll tell you some other time...

Furthermore, we went to the Le Grandeur and do our job as resources there. Some inportant session was the 'spidergram' session, where we have to make sure that the participants do it correctly, well we're kinda expert you know wkwkwk... and finally 'speed reading' session!!! Its an interesting session you know, one of my favorite indeed, but in superteen Ko Fred often forbid me to join because of several reason wkwk, I think resources should know xp
Well anyway I can join now, since its not superteen wkwkwk

Anyway... something that is very interesting here is that some word from Ernest reminds me of the Matrix, like "Know Yourself", OMG that was my last blog!!! wkwkwk
Ernest is the best for learning I know that, I don't even have to think about it... There are some new concepts like the 'ABC' and something related with 'Level' well I can't tell you that, you gotta come there yourself wkwkwk

Do you know that there is someone that you have to believe more than your parents, friends, teachers, brother, sister, president, king or anyone else??

Well about a year ago,, I wrote my first blog about "Who I am?". I didn't actually write about who I am like my biodata of stuffs like that, but I basically write about how I see the world and what my dreams are 1 years ago. So I think since its about 1 year ago, I guess this might be the right time to review about how I see the world now.

In just one year, I've faced different challenges and experience many new and exciting things that gave me just so many lessons for my life. Something that I understand even more is nothing else than me myself and this world. Maybe its kinda hard to understand, but worry not. Last Monday, I watched one of my favorite movie "The Matrix" and I noticed that "The Matrix" is a movie that have some similar understanding with my vision of the world and we as people. So I decided to write a blog about it.

Anyway also wanted to use this opportunity to Greet them one more time. Ci Yenny's Birthday was on 28th April. Boim, Dd, Melia and me called her on a conference call at midnight wkwk. Yenny is one of the people that I can say watched me growing up and she has been like a kind big sister to me just like Ko Dickson and Ko Fred. Happy Birthday Ci Yenny!! All The BEST!! 29th was Vicky's birthday, who was my dancing partner at Felicia's sweet17 party, she's a kind and nice dancer well Happy Birthday Vicky!!!

Alright back to the topic,,,

In this fantastic movie there are some parts that really fits my philosophy and so I'll talk about some of them.

The first part is, when Neo meet Morpheus for the first time,,, it goes something like this..

Morpheus: I imagine that right now, you're feeling a bit like Alice. Hmm? Tumbling down the rabbit hole?
Neo: You could say that.
Morpheus: I see it in your eyes. You have the look of a man who accepts what he sees because he is expecting to wake up. Ironically, that's not far from the truth. Do you believe in fate, Neo?
Neo: No.
Morpheus: Why not?
Neo: Because I don't like the idea that I'm not in control of my life.
Morpheus: I know *exactly* what you mean. Let me tell you why you're here. You're here because you know something. What you know you can't explain, but you feel it. You've felt it your entire life, that there's something wrong with the world. You don't know what it is, but it's there, like a splinter in your mind, driving you mad. It is this feeling that has brought you to me. Do you know what I'm talking about?
Neo: The Matrix.
Morpheus: Do you want to know what it is?
Neo: Yes.
Morpheus: The Matrix is everywhere. It is all around us. Even now, in this very room. You can see it when you look out your window or when you turn on your television. You can feel it when you go to work... when you go to church... when you pay your taxes. It is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth.
Neo: What truth?
Morpheus: That you are a slave, Neo. Like everyone else you were born into bondage. Into a prison that you cannot taste or see or touch. A prison for your mind.

This conversation reminds me about this world. Honestly many people are not satisfied with their life. However many just simply accepted their life and just say things about fate, without effort to change. Take a note about the some words there, Neo's answer to Morpheus question about fate is similar with my thought about fate. I believe that each one of us is in charge of our own future. Like the principle Ernest told the SuperTeens, "Action has Consequences" and so our future is the result and consequences of our action now.

Who we are now and what we have now, what determines them? Did they suddenly just happen or is there a meaning of it? I believe that everything that we have now is because what we chose to do in the past. Right or right? Example I chose not go to my friends birthday party, of course I'll miss the fun and if I went there, I probably will enjoy that party and had some fun. Still thats all our choice and we are free to make our own choice. Therefore I also believe that whatever will happen in the future is determined by what we do now and that we're simply in charge of our own life. So if you make many enemies now, don't blame anyone if you got many problems in the future, because it actually is the result of your decision in the past.

The way Morpheus describe the world is actually just the same as our real world is, I mean there are actually so many things in our life that are hidden from us just like Morpheus said about "It is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth". Yes, i believe many people are tricked and is trapped in a prison, a prison of our own mind!

The prison that limits them and holds them back. From their dreams and who they really are.
Thats why many people can't see the truth, trust the wrong people, hang out with bad friends, didn't care about their life, waste their time, make enemies, etc. Thats actually because they are blind they don't know what they are supposed to do and thats why they just do the things they had in mind without thinking how it will impact them in longer terms.

Morpheus: Have you ever had a dream, Neo, that you were so sure was real? What if you were unable to wake from that dream? How would you know the difference between the dream world and the real world?

Whats "real"? How do you define "real"? Is everything written in books real? Is everything your parents or teachers said real? What do you think?
I believe that many people and all the other things like TV, newspaper, books and everything might no be true. I mean look at your history book, do you think everything there are real? Or are they just some fairy tale that is written?

For me I believe that NOT everything is right. Why? Because there are always possibilities of distortion and biased in everything. So Not everything people say is really "Real" in our live, its just about how you look at it. Lets take war as an example. After a war ended, which country or army is the right one? Well in almost all cases it will be the winner, because the winner can say anything about the war and actually make up the whole story, how come? Because their enemies are simply not there anymore to say anything.

You will only see things you wanted to see. Everything that I told you might be right, but it might also be wrong. In the World War II, the German invade other European countries. Was that wrong? Maybe for some country that seems wrong and evil. However for some citizen of German nothing is wrong about it, since they believed it was their right. They wanted justice for the 1st World War, when some of their territories are taken away after their lost.

In this film, Neo and the other humans fight against agent Smith and other agents. The human wanted justice and the Agents are doing their job and their justice to stop the human. So which justice is right?? Everybody wanted justice, but everybody also have their own justice and that's what they are fighting for. In other words it means that everybody things they are right and they will fight for it. In our world its similar there are so many people saying that they are right and fight others, well for me I didn't see anything wrong with that since they are fighting for their own justice. So nobody is wrong its just about how they see the world. If you really think about this maybe you won't believe me, but like Morpheus told Neo, I didn't tell you it will be easy, but that's the truth.

Then The part and the words that I really love is ,,, "Don't Think You are, Know You are". Morpheus said this when he was sparring with Neo and that he beat Neo. This sentence was so amazing for me and it inspires me a lot. I mean everyday we'll always be thinking about something, however sometimes some things just aren't worth to think even think about. Where do we get them? Mostly from other people many people can try to tell us anything alright, but when people said/did something bad about you (or even if you just think/feel they did) and you think about it your whole day. Sorry to say mate,,, Waste of time.

Sometimes we have too much thought in our mind about anything and yet research show that we can only think about +\- 7 things (5-9) once, more than that will leads to,,,ERROR. Well thats one of the reason why I like the words "Don't Think You are, Know You are". However there is something else about it. I was a captain, when I was on the soccer team and million times I heard people saying about "You can do it!!", "Think about it" etc. Sometimes I think its nonsense, why? Because sometimes you can't actually THINK in certain situation!! Think about it not only in soccer but in daily life, sometimes we just don't have enough time to think and so what shall we do? Know it yourself!! Know Yourself!!! Do what you want to do, I mean knowing ourself means that what you are capable of don't just think about it, but know it! Notice Your Talents!!
If you don't know what you can do, what can you do?

So we simply have to Free Your Mind...
People can say anything about you, they can say lots of things they think you should do or you shouldn't do rite or rite? and yet,,, everything is up to you!! You're in charge of your own life!! Let go of the doubts in your mind, Know Yourself and Free Your Mind!!!

Those are the songs I sang today and together I combine them into "Take All The Way Above" wkwk

But WAIT!!! Why do I suddenly have to sing those songs anyway??
Well it's actually because we got an EMERGENCY CALL from Ms Magda that the people that are supposed to perform wasn't ready and so she wanted us to replace them. She said something about F4 that can do everything wkwk and said that we're professionals that can do this.

Well I got no objection, but to be honest I usually reject things that are out of my plans, since I believe that "Good Things MUST Be Planned" at least even a bit.

So we just do laaa,,, time is about 11 something and performance at 3 o'clock!! 3 hours to go!!
Okayy first things first we gotta get,,,
Bass for Naoki,,, Guitar for Ley and Mic for Jonas and me!!!
Naoki called for reinforcement directly, but Ley can't so I go with him to his house to take his guitar, its a crazy journey we took public transport (angkot), but it couldn't take us close enough to his house, so we gotta run in the middle of the bright sunny day. (very tiring ckck)
Alrite then go back and set the things up. However we can't get proper practice since our time is very limited, I did short practice only with guitar and bass, then go to CAS lesson.
and,,,, 3 o'clock!!!!! Luckily I trusted Audrey to deal with the Power Points, while we're away..

Lesson that I learned today,,,

Just as I said before "Good Things MUST Be Planned" thats a lesson that Ernest taught me and I couldn't agree more with him, although it was quite successful, but I was unsatisfied with some things like the Mic (make my voice sounds kinda weird) and the practice coz I know it could have been better and I personally wanted to sing "God of This City". However I'm still grateful that even though there are no proper practice we could done pretty well and if we practiced,,, It will be much better, so lets learn from this and Lets do BETTER NexT Time!!!

Last but not least, this experience also gave us a lesson about something I called "Take All Way Above", well its actually combination of the song titles, yet I'm not the kind of person that wrote something for nothing. "Take All The Way Above" for me means that there are so many ways to learn and to experience new things to improve and become better and so why bother so much about which way to take?? Just Take All The Way Above and learn from it. Accept the Challenge with Neither Fear, nor Regret!!! Like we just did hahahaha

The BEST Way to Kill Your Enemy

Everybody in this world has enemies, but who are they? And how can we get rid of them?

Frankly, we should just kill them straight away so that we’ll never have to see our enemy ever again and so we should find a way to kill our enemy with nobody behind his back to avenge that person, which I’m going to tell you in a second.

Enemies, what are enemies, well enemies are basically people around us, who didn’t have a good relationship with us, people we dislikes and strangers around us who we didn’t even know. All of those might be a potential enemy or even enemy already for us. For instance an unfriendly neighbor, a tricky rival, an arrogant senior in our class/work/neighborhood, a big bully, a killer boss/teacher/lecturer, a quiet stranger in our society, an annoying person around us, a bossy mate that tried to tell us everything we should do and so many other examples.

Therefore, that there are so many people that annoyed us, what should we do to them??

Okay let’s ask ourselves, “what should I do to them?”, “How can I get rid of those people?”

Well the answer is simple,, Let’s Just Kill them!!!
Now you might be asking “ARE YOU INSANE?? I DON’T WANNA GO TO JAIL”

But what I mean by kill is not killing them by stab them with knife, slice them into pieces, mutilate them, shoot them with a shotgun, hit them with a baseball stick, throw grenade to them, drown them on a pool, hang them on a tree, crush them with a car, blow their house with a bomb, put traps and landmines to all around the place, well NO, it’s NOTHING like that.

So what do I mean??

Again I didn’t mean that my term of “killing” is something like that, but rather than those what I mean by “killing” is to kill them with another way, which is to kill them by turning our enemies into our allies.

“TURNING ENEMIES INTO ALLIES?? NO WAY MAN!!! IMPOSSIBLE” In fact that many people would do say something like that, but bear in mind that our enemies are people, who knows us most and understand us as well as our friend, how is that possible??

Let me give you an example let’s say there are 5 people around you, your friend, your arch rival, your boss/teacher, your faraway relative and a person you just met.

Now from those 5 people, who do you think knows you most?? Well I would say that your friend and your enemy is the one that knows you most, why??

Okay some bosses and teachers might be really concerned about you, but not all of them are concerned about you. Your faraway relative might be your relative, but since you’re separated by distance, can you guarantee that you know this person well and this person knows you well too? A person you just met will never knows you well unless that person is some kind of psychic or that person is distinguished agent that is ordered to stick with you for his mission, well in some rare cases you might be close with somebody just in counts of seconds, but think again it’s on RARE occasion.

Now that we’re left with only two (friend and arch rival) you should actually began to notice that this rival of yours might knows you really well, maybe even more than your friend since you’ve been competing against this person for so long. Just ask yourself this question

“What do I know about my arch rival, my enemy??”

Come on lets took a break for a while and think about it.

Okay welcome back, I assume you did the exercise, but if you haven’t please stop reading and do it!!

Now that you did the exercise, I’m sure enough that you suddenly will began to notice that you know so many things about this person which mostly probably the strength and the weakness of that person. Now that you know about his strength and weakness, SO WHAT??

Here’s the what, now that you know strength and weakness of your rival, have you ever wonder how the opposite might be? Well most probably they will know the same things too about you, your strength and weakness. Maybe they even know it better than your friends and so if somebody can tell you your strength and weakness can you work on those to make your life better?? I believe you can!!!

Now at this point that you know that your enemy/rivals can be so useful for you, can you imagine how strong and how great you could have done, if both of you join forces together??

I’m sure enough that it would be AWESOME!! DAHSYAT!!

So let’s begin to turn your enemies into allies. Still Impossible?? Let me tell you what Dr Ernest Wong, my mentor teach me about impossible. Ernest said that if you break the word “Impossible” then you will get “I’m possible”.

Impossible = I’m possible

The truth is that sometimes you enemy would also want peace, but sometimes about the ego that drives both of you apart, so let’s just throw all the egos away and start to rebuilt your relationship.

Again Dr Ernest Wong also taught me 4 magical words, which will help us, which are

· I’m Sorry
· Please Forgive Me
· I Love You
· Thank You

So Let’s Start Killing Our Enemies by turning them into allies
and you will get a very useful friend by you side as well

SuperTeen Holiday Camp!!!!

SuperTeen is more than just a Holiday Camp,,,
Its a Life Transforming Camp ^^

Just Like every SuperTeen, there are always something new every camp and so is this one ^^

This is The 1st camp, in which all the Platoon Commanders are former resources, usually Ken, Peter and Dickson are the Platoon Commanders. Well for this camp,,, here they are

All of us except Adeline are 1st time Platoon Commander, well I actually have been Assistant Platoon Commander for last camp, which therefore I did not take any group and have to help to brief the resources of my Platoon, but this camp I'm totally in charge of My Platoon.

Well Its something like that, for past years campers you might have heard of it, but I have my copyright of a similar Cheer, coz I was a Resource Leader for that Platoon back then hahaha, but its actually different coz we edited parts of it together and anyway cheers are always similar each camp ^^

Something that I found special is Pak Tung's birthday party, it was briliant we got films, reporters, buffe, guesst, Pak Tung's friends and so many things. However I still think that the resources gift was still the best ^^

Firstly we made a movie for Pak Tung and everyone think we're done, but then the resources enter the room one by one and each of us holds a candle and a post it note. We invited Pak Tung to come to the stage to blow the candle one by one and the resource will stick the post it on Pak Tung's shirt. For the last candle, the Platoon Commanders came with a cake and a giant note hwhw

Then I also loved the Resources Talent Time, some poeple even said that it was the BEST performance and it's nicely done. We dance and sang a song. During the dances we danced by couple and here we are, The Dancers:

then we sang a song called I Will Fly, with our own Guitar hehe,,
It's Just soo sweet xD

Oh yeah I also found something interesting here, a kid break the record of the log, that we all found ou that the log can hold on UP to 6 people!!! wkwkwkw, what an interesting kid.

Okayy, that's all I can write for now, I have my friend Stedy right here and we gotta watch Halloween tonight wkwkwk sounds spooky huh??

The Before Camp Briefing

2 days to go!!!

The BEST Event in The End of December
The SuperTeen Holiday Camp is coming!!!

Today we did the briefing, even though not many Resources (crew/mentor) was there.
Most of them are new,,, well so what?? The Show must go on!

Today was like the first time I translate English to Indonesia for the first time for months, in the past month I usually translate Indonesia to English or English to German, but well I'm satisfied and I think my english is getting more and more fluent hehehe
thanks to my Masters, Ernest, Ken and Peter, who have tought me that. Well I actually also wanted to meet Gabriel, my Platoon Commander for twice that have also taught me a lot of useful thing. Also thanks for my translation Mentors Fredy and Dickson, who have guided me well hehe

Today we selected 5 Platoon Commanders
Buana, Klemen, Adeline, Dea and Recca (me)

hoho so we selected our Platoon Member and even though we're not completed but I can see that this camp is going to be a wonderful camp hehe

Today I got 6 guess from Surabaya
- Bobby, my bro from Surabaya
- Buana, one of my best friend from Surabaya
- James, my Platoon Member last camp, when I went to Surabaya
- Veronica, The Female Platoon Leader and Camp Leader of my Platoon last summer in Surabaya
then I was also introduced to 2 new resources from Surabaya
- Adriana and Jasmine

Jasmine is a very funny girl hahaha, she somehow tried to poison me with Javanese Language hahaha, she tried to taught me Javanese and wanted me to teach her Jakarta Acsent hahaha
(what a very funny girl xD)

I met lots of my friend....
Adeline, who have also helped me out so much (my supervisor ^^)
Tara and Sean, my friends from Bogor
Dion, Klemen, Lisa, Jeanice, who have been working together with me in the past camps
I also met my little sis Dd, I also selected her as my Platoon's Zen Master ^^
(be strong sis, I have faith in you)

Today I met lots of new faces, which some of them I only know the name, but I know that one day, those people are going to become Great!!!

From Bandung, I expect the sisters Dea and Stevia that have been working with me on the past camps, I'm curious how well they have become now hehe
especially Dea, she also become a Platoon Commander, but I know that she's not really well for now, but I hope she'll be fine for the camp. Jia yo Dea^^

Then I also expected my bro Boim to come, coz we got some works to be done hahaha

but some things that makes me kinda sad was Lindy!!! She suddenly can't join the Camp!!!
we've been working together for years you know aiyoo what a loss
That also reminds me of some of my friend who can't join hte camp like Steven, Edwina, Alfons,Michelle Wang,Marino,Yosu,Stanley,Vini, Yosen,Ivan,Liberman, Stefi,Jessica,Evelyn, Pandu,Darwin, Felix, Andrew,Linsy,Shanty, Wiena, Mona,Vina, Adine aaaa so many lhaa still have list constisted of many who can't sooo bad... also Yonis, I just got the news that she also can't join aiyoo my other close friend also canceled ckckck... Before go home I also met Ci Yenny, but she also can't join
(why so many people can't ya??)

In the end of the day, I was kinda kidnapped by the Surabaya Resources along with Ko Fredy, to accompany them to SMS mal, they are going to watch a movie called "The Day The Earth Stood Still" or something like that, but I can't join then haha,, enjoy the movie guys
and before I went home, I met Patrice, Felice and her friend...

Tommorow is 17th of December
which is the last day before camp
I can't wait for the camp haha

Lesson that I learned today,,,

If you notice, so many people can't join this camp, it was such a loss, expecially if you're close with those people, but though its a loss, but they indirectly gave opportunity for others to come on their place... So we might not see our friends as often as we wanted but I always remember a word that a friend of mine put on of our photo, which says

"True friends doesn't Just Come and Go"

So remember our friends coz friends are soo damm precious ^^

I would really love to see them, but since they are not coming for different reasons, I respected them and wish them a wonderful holiday ^^

Record BREAKING: 4 EXAMs NonStop

4 EXAMs NonStop

Woow can you imagine that?? 4 Exams in line, NONSTOP!!!
We're breaking the record here wkwkwk

Alright, I've been having exams lately on this week, but this one is really record breaking, since its four exams in line and its nonstop hoho..

My 4 exams:
1. Psychology
2. Biology
3. Business
4. English

That's my schedule for today, psychology took so long started after the breaktime until in the middle of lunchtime, well I think it's not so bad. Biology today was surprisingly easy, I got the result 6 out of 7 hwhwhw how graceful I am.
However the catastrophic thing started on my third exam, I got the business madness exam and is forced to finish it within 1 hour. My fingers feels like breaking you know, I dropped my pen twice zzzz....

Then the English exam is coming, reading comprehension was easy with my speed reading ability hoho, but writing comprehension is killing me, my hand goes numb and I dropped my pen couples of time. Its not about the task, I love the task actually, I wrote a speech for the graduation, and I think I can use it for my graduation hwhw, but my fingers seems to be teared off, even now I'm typing with my left fingers, I also wrote some things with my left hand back then. Well I can actually use both to write, but my left is worse haha...

Because of the exams we left school at 17.30, the four of us, Naoki, Jonas, Ley and me. We're damm exausted and dying... We'll luckly we're Survivors so it wasn't bad enough to kill us, but then pitty me, I still have couples of things, disturbing my mind...

The speech as Student Council President, I wrote also reminds me a bit about it, here's some part of it....

"Rather just see the person you love happy, you better make the person you loved happy and during my senior high I gotta say that I love you all!!!"

Well that reminds me of some things that have been around my heads for weeks now hahaha

Tommorow is a busy dayyy, gotta go to Jakarta after school
for the GIS (Global Internet Submit)

I HaD a WeiRd dAy,,,,

Well well well,,,
what a weird day today is,,,

Yesterday or more precisely this morning, I just couldn't sleep well... Dunno why, it's like something is telling me and so I woke up again and again. It's really annoying, made me even more exhausted than before. As I woke up I realized that hey!! Something is wrong with my left arm, it feels heavy.

Later on suddenly we (The Ronins) were asked to replace our friends to perform at the chapel and so we break our record with just half day practice, I mean actually once (at lunchtime wkwk), well even so we did well, some teachers even praised that we're professionals hehe
Well its really record breaking, we're the first and the only who did something like this wkwkwk

We sang 3 song, they're songs that we had sang before and so we're already familiar with them and again the personnel were....

Some weird things today...
Firstly my voice is somehow stacked during our practice, but luckily it works on the performance..
Secondly when I began the worship I fell down on the stairs, my leg stacked at something..
Thirdly after that I realized that my left arm, which I said were heavy since the morning is injured, it hurts if I move it, but I still move it all around wkwk naughty me

then I realized something,,, I feel something inside me,,, Something is changing, I don't know whether it's good or not, but I can feel that force deep inside of me...
Something is calling me... It's a strange, but yet peaceful feeling something that is hard to explain by words... a sense of purpose that is best described as destiny...

Despite of all the weird things that happened today, I realized that today I became more aware of somethings that happened in my life, I began to see the truth and the connection in somethings, its like looking at my past's blueprint and suddenly I realize..
I have to seek something....

What is it that You really Want to Do Most in Your Life?

I got that question from Ernest long time ago, or at least I guess I get it from him, you see he taught me so many things haha... and somehow that question suddenly popped out on my mind and start going numb right on my mind, don't ask me why ok? Coz I also can't explain, one of the probability I found is that something triggers my subconscious mind and it was so strong that it stays there until now, until I write this blog at least :D

so now I'm going to talk about Chapel... Why chapel?? Coz it made me so crazy until I suddenly shout that question on our chapel performance wkwkwk

It goes like this... I was in charge of making a drama for my class, for that chapel, but then I discussed it with my classmates, we finally decided to postpone it. However as the person in charge I still will take the responsibility and so I made a speech afterI show them a clip, well just common clip about love...

Firstly since it was our class turn we sang 3 song... but before we start with anything as we're in front of evryone, I took the change to introduce ourselves as the Ronins Clan haha..

"Good Evening Ladies and Gentleman, you might be wandering, why I'm here, but it's simply because I was the one who's going to share something this week. To Be honest like Mr Mike and Mr Hengky I wasn't good at something like this and it's my first time... However... There's always a first time..."

Then I started with a quote

"Let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth." Verse John 3:18

and I explain, my thoughts over it, I said something like..

"Love is not just a word to say, but love is done with action... Love is more than words and something that you did with love will become even more useful and meaningful for others and for yourself..."

well something like that then I just talk talk and talk naturally... No text haha, I only have 2 quotes on my note how crazy am I? Too Damm crazy wkwkwk

and I also end it with another verse...

from this qoute I just focus on one word, which is... "Love" and I said something like this

I don't know why, but suddenly I say that and relate that with parents, well if you took a closer look "Give more than You Take" was a word I learn from Pak Tung.. Then I shouted that question to them...

Well I did said something else but the main point, is what I wrote there...

and they all clapped their hands, I was stunned, hey I really said that?? Yes I did, like Nike says... Just Do IT!!! Then our teacher Ms Magda asked us to sing the song "Lord I give You My Heart" I was so tired, don't know why, so I firstly just sit, but since the Ronins, asked me to join them I can't say No ^^

After that some teachers praised me for that,
They said that they Never thought could do something like that..
Well That's me... Expect The Unexpected haha
I'm satisfied ^^but... I have to do it EVEN BETTER Next Time!!!

As I was home, I realized something else... Hey!! I'm the first and the only student, who ever gave a speech on our school's chapel!!! Well as I've said there's always a first time :D

This man is one of my old friend that I trusted most in my life, he was one of the few people, who had spent a long way with me... and soo even though we now go on a different path, but we are still friends and though we haven't see each other for years... He's still my friend, one of my Best ^^ Happy Birthday Mate!!

Hwhwhw now now this girl was my Resource (together with Linsy) they were the first persons, who guided me to find my own way and funnily she's now already like my little sister. She's a survivor, she's strong and she shall become even stronger ^^ Happy Birthday Sis xD

Vina.. 25 September
Coming to Vina, now this person was once so close to me that she was the one, who helped me to see the truth inside me. She and her magical personality haha... I owe her twice for helping me to overcome the shadows ruling over my heart and mind, she helped me directly and also indirectly, amazing isn't it? Well she sure is xD

This person is my favorite trainer, really the best of the best and one more funny fact is that I luckily get the privilege and pleasure to work alongside with him the last few years... Are you a good soldier?

Would you be a soldier?

Let's save the answer for later mate, well back then few months ago or last year I think, someone said something about good and bad soldier to me and yesterday someone else did..
so it motivates me to write this down...

Well in fact that a soldier have to follow orders from their higher ranks, would you always follow them? Hmm let's think about it... if you're told to stay in one position until you are given another command, would you stay? or if you're told to go somewhere would you go?
Well the simplest question for all of them is.. "would you follow all orders given??"
f you do, then CONGRATULATION mate!!! Coz you can be considered as a good soldier (Based on that philosophy)

To be honest... I'm not a good soldier because if you asked me that question, "would you follow all orders given?" My answer will be... it depends on what the orders are, so in other words it means that I might not follow all of the orders..

Why? Yes "why" its a great question that you might be asking and that's also the question that I'll be asking if I got an order and if I the order do make sense I'll go or else I won't... Well after I learned from my Masters, like Ernest, Ken, Peter and also Ko Dickson, Ko Fredy and also my other masters. I learned that in this life we have to realize "hey there are times, when we have to be a leader and lead the team, however there will also be times, in which we have to be a follower and follow the orders" and so the question is... If a lousy person leads your team, would you follow that person?? Think about it mate, as a good soldier you might still have to do it,remember as a soldier order is everything.

...and for me, if I have to lead a team in any situation I'll do my best for my team even though we disobeyed the order and of course I'll take that responsibility myself and I would not drag any of my team member into that and again Why? In SuperTeen I was told that every Action has Consequences and I agreed. You shall NEVER run from them and you must Face them. That why I always took my responsibility, but for disobeying I still have another reasons for it..

As I said before it depends whether I'll do something or not, why? Because I simply can't let my team to do something stupid or anything hurts them. Imagine you are told to kill some people, because they made some silly mistake, well to make it even crazier you have to kill your own family, lets say your brother. Isn't that insane?? ...so in any case I'll see first whether the order make sense or not.

For My Masters order like Ernest, Ken, Peter, Ko Dickson, Ko Fredy etc, I surely trust them and if I don't understand, why I have to do something, I'll ask them later. Like in one event, Ken asked me to make it harder for the participants to pass, so that the can learn something. So I always believe that behind every order there must be something and if I don't understand I'll surely ask. So always find The Purpose even the Purpose Behind Purpose if Possible.

In the last 3 years I have been through many situations that acquire my decisions. One day in my daily life, there was a situation,where myteam made a mistake and it's their decision to made not mine, but still as good leader I protected them. Why did I protect them? Even though I wasn't there, at any case they are still my subordinates and if they are about to get punished, it will be me, who punish them myself. Sorry to say but that time, they're about to get punished, because of something riddiculus so how can I just stay and see them get punish? NO WAY I'll let that happen!!! Even though it put me to a bad situation later on, but I have to say that I have no regret for what I did that time and as I said before I take the concequence with no hard feeling..

Just to let you know, I made more mistake, when I have to do things alone, because when I'm alone I have no responsibility of others and at any circumstances it will be me, who will be blamed if I did a mistake. I made MISTAKES of cource like I wrote in one of my previous blog, but from that mistake I learn something... I always learn from my mistakes and it's ok to make mistakes, because only by making mistakes you might be able to learn something different and yet important. When you did something always notice that you can always learn from it.. Maybe you can't find it the first time, but rethink about it and you will sure find something to learn like an old saying says..“Every moment is a golden one for him who has the vision to recognize it”.

Back to what I asked on the beginning, "Would you be a soldier?" what do you think? Please think about it.. Well for me myself I would refuse to be a soldier, because like I said before I'm not a kind of person that will always follow everything without knowing the purpose, I'm not a doll that can be controlled all the way by someone else. Sorry to say everyone I'm NOT a ROBOT... I have heart, well I have nothing against you who wanted the opposite, I will still appreciate you, but for me I'll still do my best at any situation.. I'm a quite flexible person that would listen to others opinion and reconsider my own opinion, we always have to listen to everyone, so that we could see things from many points of view. For me personally, I would happily listen to others opinion and thoughts even though they might be different from mine. Take a note about those..

So even though I may not be a good soldier,I won't regret, besides soldier isn't the only position in military army, don't you agree? Well I once took a test of "Which kind of soldier are you?" the answer can be many.. such as Officer(normal soldier, most people get this), Engineer, Medic, Civilian etc and I got the Special Ops, which means someone that do all the unusual things, making strategy,negotiating,rebelion, double agent, spy etc. So I think we shall do the best thing that fit us... and anyway...

if you notice about my blog header, I wrote something about Ronin...

Well yes, thats also one of the reasons why I may not a good soldier...
Because I'm a Ronin.. I'm a Fighter that owns Freedom...
someone that do the BesT at every situation... until the day I die...
and that's how a Ronins Live!!!

Chapel Performance...

This Tuesday isn't just a Tuesday, something made it special that's because my class gotta have to perform on the chapel ^^

I actually was not so fit, but for this special day I surely will come..
(even though I have to go to the clinic for some periods)
That's why I hate raining season ckck... made me sick..

As usual I become the MC (or worship leader or whatever you want to call it wkwk). I spoke about some things first and asked some question before we began, everything went smoothly as we planned hwhw and we sang 3 songs, which are Solution, Nothing Impossible and Above All.

Our Personnel:

Vocalist: Linda, Jonas and Recca

as we got 3 songs and 3 vocalist, each vocalist actually focused on 1 song.

Well actually all of us keep on singing as others lead the song but for each of the song we have main vocalist and others support as backing, what a teamwork huh xD

but the bad thing about this is that we're not allowed to take picture...

I was Kidnapped!!

Imagine: You’re out with your friends and suddenly someone cover your eyes and drag you to a car quickly , everything was dark and the only thing you can do is just to follow the instructions with thousands of questions in your head and that’s what just happens to me this evening.

Let’s say about 1week ago, Yonis asked me to accompany her with her shopping zzz, I was kinda lazy to do that... She have to do the shopping since she’s moving to Lippo Karawaci next week and soo I finally decided to come…

In fact that I was walking sleepily this morning as I woke up, I really want to sleep longer this morning and heyyy it’s a weekend, but well I’m a Man of my Words.. also like Ernest said “Honour Your Words” and so I still have to meet Yonis, whatever in takes no matter the situation is (ex sleepy xD).

Tried to fix my computer, before I went to TA (even though I’m not finish) and as I arrived there Yonis was already there and asked me to meet her at Mango store. As soon as I met her she asked me to accompany her to look for stocking geezz what an unusual experience, then we go all around looking for stuffs like shoes, bags, dress, skirt, necklace and all the “Girang” stuff wkwk, well though she didn’t buy them all of course, she just bought a pair of shoes, bag and socks.

I was walking confusingly as we meet my friend Adrian Liberman, well Yonis went all around the mall insanely that we went up and down and go around the mall again and again. As I met Liberman I was planning to kinda call the others that are nearby, but first we need a place to sit, since we’re kind of tired after the tiring walk all around TA. We found an empty seat and as I was sitting, suddenly Yonis took my glasses and Adrian blindfolds my eyes with something and they bring me somewhere…

Actually I didn’t want to follow them at the first time, but then I strike against a glass and almost fall from the stairs, therefore I finally decided to follow them for my safety hahaha. From the sounds and the airs I figured out that I was at the parking lot and I’m indeed right, I was forced to enter a car. Then I heard some other people entering the cars too, but I can only hear Stevanus’s voice. Then the car goes somewhere I don’t know…

Finally the car stopped somewhere. I still have no idea where I am since I’m blindfolded, then we got off the car, they then lead me to somewhere dark and sat me down, I felt strange, I can feel the shadows sitting silently all around me ,there are more people there now!!

Suddenly the music start and they opened the blindfold!!! Some people came and blow some bubbles, some attacked me with chocolate and others sprit water to me and it’s a surprise Birthday party for me hahaha ^^

Frankly, I was still dizzy as they opened my blindfold. We’re in a café somewhere I don’t know. The next thing is to blow on the candles around the cakes, but there’s definetly something wrong with the candles since it keep on flaring again and again. Then they also gave me the present that are folded cutely hahaha (I’ll post the fotos later on, wait for them ^^).
It was organized by some of my crazy friends xD..

Then they also give me another special present wkwkwk this one is hard to describe, you have to see the photo yourself later on hoho… We went back to the mall and we met some familiar faces there such as, Tara, Elisa, Linsy and Andrew hoho… Later on we all went home and I went to Puri Mall with Dion, since I’ll be picked up there…

In Puri Mall I also met Lindy!! (Linsy’s sister + one of my Best friend ^^) unfortunately she’s unable to come to the surprise party, but somehow I accidentally met her there, even though just a while since she got to pick Linsy up in TA, who is watching with Andrew hehe

It was the BEST and the craziest birthday party I ever had ^^ Love you all hehe

Wednesday 30th of July....

It's a HOLIDAY!!! yeah!Back then couples of weeks ago I heard about this place from my Vina's blog, I really want to try it myself but then as I talked about it with my organizer team Stevanus and Yonis, we decided to go to Puri Mall and few days ago, after the Puri Mall Adventure, my friend Andrew suggested us to go there and so we got a conference, Stevanus, Yonis, Andrew and me...

I personally wanted to make a big event, but it seems like it's hard since it got certain rules that would make it difficult to play the atmostfear if we got so many people and we only go there with fellow people..

The ten of us Linsy, Lindy,Adeline, Alfons, Yonis, Andrew, Liberman,Jessica, Evelyn and Recca (me) really have to wait patiently on the long and tiring queue and so we finally arrived xD
We're like the last group of people or so that there weren't many more behind us, since they're closing.

This gathering is my 1st gathering since SuperTeen, there were actually some other gatherings before, but I couldn't make it.. soo many things to do haha

We bought so many tickets and some took foto's with it a rare opportunity ^^

As we watched the X-Files I sat between Tara and Wiena.. Funny factabout Wiena is that she's easily shocked hoho and so I shocked her once too as she's watching haha. Well to be honest the film's have some shocking parts on it. In one part a girl fell down pushed by the suspect and died horrifyingly. In my opinion some people would say that it's boring, but I think others could also find it interesting, especially those who loves mystery hoho

In fact that we still want to play, we went back to the Puri Land and we played some games, don't know what their names are but those are riding games, like jet coaster.. So that's not common in other place such as timezone or amazon. We played 2 different game straight away and it made some us us dizzy included me.

In the end I went home with Wiena, Stevanus, Adrian and Diedra. Firstly we went to Wiena's house since it's the nearest and as we got there, suddenly Stevanus got a business to do in the toilet wkwk and soo the rest of us had a conversation with Wiena's Parent, well they seemsso friendly, but the fact is that it's not the first time I saw them, I met them couples of times in Pak Tung's seminar and we could had a enjoyable conversation haha

We stayed there until about 9 PM and we continued our journey, we go to medit apartment where Dd live and finally to Citraland where all of us separate each other and went back home..

It's a great day ^^

What I learned from my Mistake…

Let me share what I learned in this SmartKid program.

As I've said in my previous blog that this SmartKid program, let me learn a great lesson to remind myself about... hey!!! even though we wanted to do something right or at least a right intention but if the action is wrong or not at right time/place, it might caused a misunderstanding....

Well I personally will say that I'm guilty to do something wrong at the second day (11 July), but as a man who kept my promise, I Walk My Talk and I can't tell anything about my mistake, but I'll still share what I learn from it right here...

One of the principle that is so applicative on this case is the one called "Action has Consequences" and yes I did something wrong here and I deserve the punishment and scold. The truth is that I'm very upset and disappointed at myself... but I also remember one of my principle that I always remember, which is

"What doesn't Kill me,
Makes me Stronger"

and yes it makes me looks more clearly about this and let me learn such an important lesson. Indeed I figured that principle from a friend (I'm sure that the person know about it, thank you so much Xu Shi Pei) as I was on a problem too, but the difference is that this time it's my mistake, but it's still applicative.

In fact I also find a great book that really help me to reflect and kinda cheer me up, which is the "Joys & Pains of Growing Up" by Peter Lau. In his book I found many great quotes and for my case this time I found a very nice quote in Principle 2, which is...

“Every Negative Event contains within it the seed of an equal or greater Benefit” – Napoleon Hill

and also from Peter himself

“A thing may not be as bad as it seems. It may just be a blessing in disguise”

Many of people also cheer me up as they talk about this with me even Peter himself also talked to me about this... Special thanks to Peter, Ko Dickson, Ci Mega, Yonis, Lindy, Mona, Dion and also all my friends that cheer me up that day, I really appreciate all of you..

Even though it's not such an easy thing to go through, but I can overcome my own negative thoughts and go on, also with a therapy that I learned from Pak Tung and that I did to myself to let go of that feeling, which is called the "Disassociate", it's so powerful thanks to Pak Tung too. Then the next day I also played the "John Grinder Game" and even do the "Double Disassociate" to myself that I also learned from Pak Tung. Well this mistake also let me practice on how to therapy myself, I learned much from this...

Furthermore this event also let me understand more about Pak Tung's concept about "Whatever happens in our Life, it depends on us, about what Meaning we give to it and how we act to it" that the Meaning I give to this event is that I have to challenge and prove myself even more, which is similar which what Ernest said about "The Way you see yourself determines what you think you can do and that determines what you'll attempt and that determines your success or failure"

...and with all of those plus my greatest principle 'What doesn't Kill me, Makes me stronger", I can now see even more clearer about life and how to fail forward, now I really see that Failing Forward is possible like John C Maxwell said on his book( even though I haven't read that one, but I have to read it too later), it's really a rare opportunity since I haven't made such a big mistake for a long time, so this mistake is so precious and worthed for me...

Although, Financial Revolution was so tiring that most of the TDW staffs and me myself left the JITEC at about 2.30 early in the morning, since Ryan drove me home with Ci Mega and some of others staffs. Thankz to them ^^

Well Smartkid is a program similar to SuperTeen, but here some programs are cut and some are added since there are different between kids (8-12) and teens (12-21). Interested? try to visit www.learningmastery.com it's right on my link and so in this program conducted by TDW Resources and Learning Mastery, I come back as a Translator again, such a pleasure working for my Masters ^^

There were so many funny things happening around here, well you see kids can be very exited and if they do, we gotta be extra careful sometimes ^^"
like what happened on the last day, when we're preparing the room for the closing ceremony, something not right is that Dea and Stevia are the ones, who guard the door and as the kids are pushing from outside it's kinda hard to hold the door and so Dion and Me replaced then, but since it's still so shaky, I finally decided to go out and hold them from outside, which was such a chaos. At first I managed to stop them from pushing the door, but then a kid suggested us to take picture and sooo another mess was began. Fortunately for me the door was opened just in time that they started to pushed all around again huff...

However as the parents are coming in we asked the kids to stand at the stage, while the parents were coming in. Although they followed our instruction nicely, when they started to see their parents, suddenly some of them wanted to rush to their parents and so some of the resources (included me) who was standing beside the stage quickly squat in front of them and hold them back, but unfortunately for me, I was the one in the center and so as they're instructed to find their parents, I almost died in the middle of the crowd of kids, since I was right in front of them that since those kids ran into me I kinda fall to the floor ^^" Luckily I managed to stand up, what a crazy experience wkwk, can you imagine if I can't stand and all those kids step on me, it must be hurt ^^"

Afterwards we all went to Sizzler to ate our dinner, but since some of us are kinda late, me and Lindy sat on a private table, which looks more likely as a candle light dinner wkwk, and I even gave her flower with the vase itself xD which I found at the table hahaha
Then some other Resources also joined us like Felicia, Andrew and Linsy...

Last but not least we played a crazy game called... The Sizzler Fear Factor!!!
How to play this game? we simply mix some things and play roll the salt bottle, the person who is pointed must eat one of the seven deadly food that are mixed each other...

Financial Revolution 7-9 July 2008

Are You Ready for Revolution?

Frankly, Financial Revolution is the moment where many people change their life, that they realize their mistakes and really take action, well something that also happens in SuperTeen. Financial Revolution was also done at 15-17 February and 4-6 April and I also joined them. Make no mistake that I didn't only joined the sales team, but my team won the 2nd place for the last two Financial Revolution.

Financial Revolution is organized by TDW Resources too, that is owned by Mr Tung Desem Waringin, someone that have done something that is so fantastic and announced to the whole world, last month...

Money Rains in Indonesia!!

In fact, Financial Revolution is such a great event that involved more than 6000 participants, what a great atmosphere, its such a rare experience you know and so I arrived at JITEC late at midnight with Ko Fredy and there we stayed at the Novotel Hotel. Straight at the next day, we joined the event. Something new this time is that each group are accompanied by one TDW staff and for my team, we got Owen. Owen has been working with me twice before, at Financial Revolution at April and also Life Revolution and this time we gotta win the 1st price for the sales team award ^^

Team 2 member: Owen, Pak Budi, Caren,Vonny, Devi, Pak Ali and me.

Thus on the last day Owen couldn't come, since she gotta go to Bali and so at the second day (8 July) she asked me to replace her as the Team Leader passed me the stock list and the HT, it's a great opportunity to learn and also s new challenge of responsibility, but I didn't let her down. You see the problem with this event is that sometimes, we could lost our items and therefore the group leader are responsible for it.

and so we sell different items and Seminars, well my favorite is still SuperTeen ^^ but it's kinda messy since at first we're only told that we're going to sell Smartkid Program, but suddenly Pak Tung also announced about SuperTeen and it's caused a unbelievable chaos that suddenly all the Group Leaders asked about the information at the same time, poor Ko Hendro as our boss haha

Here I also met my old friend Budi Waskita, someone that you'll see on the SuperTeen poster testimony at least in Indonesia...
Rains of Money??

If I learned how to manage teenagers in SuperTeen, during Financial Revolutions I learned something new about how to manage adults or at least older people and the truth is that older people are much more stubborner rather than teens that many of them have soooo much things to complain, well for me it's not too bad since it give a change to practice on how to handle objections.

Furthermore, it also let me learn about how to overcome rejection and keep moving forward, since here I have to work as something like salesman that I have to offer products and seminars to the participants. For me personally it's such an amazing experience that let me improve my self esteem, since many people would probably lose his/her motivation as they're rejected, but then in this seminar, I've proved to myself that I'm a good salesman.

The thing is that many salesman and also sales on this event wander around with forms, but nobody really sell anything and so I challenge myself that I took 10 forms and I promised myself that I'll come back to my table with all of them used and I only need about 20-30 minutes to get 10 customers, well maybe you might think that it's easy, but maybe you should try it yourself since the cheapest product is Paket DASHYAT which is 1,2 Million Rupiah and so I sold 2 of them and many seminars, that mostly cost about more than 10 million, it's such a great experience for me that I won the challenge against myself.

Rather than that I also proved to some people that sometimes younger age didn't mean that we're not worthed to do something important, since in my group at the beginning somebody older act as if he's experienced and ignored my advices and so I challenged him to do as I suggested and I guaranteed that I will works and in the end he even give me some kind of testimony at the debrief ^^ well for me myself, I was so graceful, but then I still need to thank my previous teammates that let me learned so many things. Thanks to some of them that are there such as Pak Andy, Mona, Steven, Liberman, Pak Ali, Stephen, and all the others Thank you so much mate.

Purpose behind Purpose...

A word of caution...What you're going to read next is a such a knowledge that is so precious and not everyone can figure this out, so please take a note about this...

Here's what this all is about, well you know many people do this and do that in their life, but sometimes I really wonder how many people really think about why they do something...

I mean this post's title "Purpose behind Purpose" is something that is said by Ernest, I also didn't remember when the first time he told me about this, but I'll always remember this powerful sentence.

During the resources briefing Ernest asked us some question, and one of them are "Why are you here?" well to be honest I know that some people go to SuperTeen without any special reason, I mean some of them are forced by parents, some just looking for fun and some even have no idea why they are here for..

For me myself I have certain goal and this camp is an opportunity for me to Challenge myself and to prove that I can and I will become a Great Trainer. In the beginning, when I started to translate, the truth is that I'm not really good, my intonation sucks and I can't go all the way out and the Best Translator and the man that also help me and give me this opportunity Ko Fredy surely know about this.

Ko Fredy always supported me, give me advices, tell me my weaknesses and push me to do even better and also Ko Dickson a Great man that is almost like my own brother, both of them keep supporting me to become better, special thanks to them.

In fact, some people campers and resources come to me and asked something like..."Hey how can you translate so well? So fast and clear?" many asked that and also something like "Hey how come your English is so good?". When the first begin asking something like that I actually also took a few second and think about this, I mean yes I also didn't realize it..

I remember that if you have a strong reason to do something, it will be a lot easier for you to achieve that and Ernest also said "If you can't, you must". They both are totally right!
In short, since I wanted to become a trainer, becoming a Translator is one of the way to become one!

Let me tell you a secret,, at the beginning I actually do something that is unusual, you know I listen to Ernest's SuperTeen cd that I got when I join the camp, Anthony Robbins tape and as they talk, I translate it, until my speed is fast enough to match them and it helps me a lot. Why would I bother to do that? It's because I have certain goal to reach and so I suggest all of us to find our own dreams, so that we can start setting goals to achieve them.

So I think we always have to ask ourself, why we did something, is it just for fun or do we have a certain goal to reach something precious that gives us the power to push ourselves to the next level. This is so important since many of us didn't really have purpose in life.

In fact this is a very funny case sometime, ask I was still stacked in the godforsaken German School, there was this rascal which is once one of my Best friend. He's so rich that he only wanted to enjoy his life and depends on his parents, he don't even want to continue his study for the university, what a waste of talent. Stupid isn't it? But it happens to many people too. This also is a matter of fact that can be good or bad (depends on how we look at it) that many students have no goal!!!
Later on I'll also write more about friendship, since your friends the people you're with are the people that will impact your life most.

So if we have no goal, we won't have any reason or purpose to do something.
That's why we always have to ask ourself these few question...

What am I going to do 1year from now?
5years from now?
even 10years from now?

What are the things that I wanted to achieve in my life?

Those things are important lesson that I learned in SuperTeen
and like Peter Lau said in his book...

"Success comes Early,
For Those Who Start Early!"

SuperTeen Holiday Camp (Tretes) July08

Moving on to my next journey...

At the 29th of June all of us went to Bandung to eat and finally, went back to Jakarta... but some of us still have things to do...

So after the bus stopped at Museum Satriamandala, Ko Fredy, Ko Dickson, Lindy, Lia and Me, we all went by taxi to the airport and there we have Ernest, Ken and Peter too, that today we're going to Surabaya for the camp in Tretes...

I'm so sleepy that I slept all the way on the plane hoho.. We arrived about 10.00 o'clock in the evening and we went straight to Tretes, during the trip we also pass through the Lumpur Panas Siduarjo or something like that where there are still such a huge smoke around there.

Tretes is such a nice place, well compared to Lembang, it's much much much better wkwk
from the hotel to food they're much better, even Ernest and Ko Fredy said that and I agreed hehe...First thing to do is... to eat wkwk, actually I'm not really hungry, but since it "One for All and All for One" we all go and eat...

In fact that we got 1 day off, we actually took some pictures, but I haven't got them yet haha. So at the 30th of June I watched the World Cup Final alone, where others are asleep, well to benost I actually want Germany to win, but Spain won the game haha
Well Spain is also one of my favorite team in this even so it's not too bad lha xD
On the same day, Pak Herlambang and Bosco also arrived and joined us..

Furthermore early in the morning the Resources from Surabaya arrived and we met some of our friends again hoho... Then we go to the meeting room to divide the Resources into different Platoons...

Here we only have 4 Platoons since the participants are also not as many as in Lembang and each Platoon only consist of 4 groups. In this camp we have Assistant Platoon Commanders, since Ko Dickson and Peter have to go at the fourth day and Ken wasn't feeling well, he got diarrhea.
The Assistant Platoon Commanders are Antoni, Timothy, lindy and me myself. Then we also have 2 great people that become our Camp Coordinators, which are Bobby and Olivia.

...and so we started the camp and experience many new things here, since this camp is much different that Ernest planned everything sooo well, since Peter and Dickson left us at the 4th day.

Then for the Talent Show here, Timothy the person in charge and all of the resources also planned something special and so for the Resources Talent Time, we did Body Combat, Dance, Breakdance and finally we sang some songs.
Body Combat was performed by Lia, Amy, Anne, Jansen, Kefas and me.
Dance by many resources, but the credit is for Lindy that open the dance with her ballet solo.

Another different thing is that since Peter left earlier, Bobby and Me become MC for the talent time. Firstly Lindy introduce me then I introduce Bobby and there we go with the Talent Time..

The Great thing about this camp is that we got barbecue and karaoke at the 5th day and it's sooo amazing, never done that before thanks to the EMP staffs and Ibu Eva that have nicely organized that. The barbecue was awesome and the karaoke was so impressive, I'll always remember those moments...

In addition, we also got some extra help from Lisa and Jennifer. Lisa is one of the SuperTeen Graduates that have graduated years ago in Singapore and I began to learn about her at the OASIS Class where we're part of the coaching team and she's such an amazing lady, like Lindy and Adeline ^^ Jennifer on the other hand is Ernest's friend from Medan and something funny about her is that she often called me Jay Chow haha, well she said something about me, like my style, how I talk and how I'm in front reminds her of Jay Chow.. and the funny fact is that actually if you look at my friendster.... Jay Chow is the artist that looked most like me haha

Frankly, there are also something unique that occurred only this year in both camp Lembang and Tretes that in both of the camps, the Camp Leaders (Male and Female) actually came from the same Platoon!!

as long as I remembered this never happened in the past camps before and another funny fact is that I'm on the same Platoon as those Camp Leaders, even Cornelia was in my group, wow is this accidentally? or are there anything else that effect this? It's still kinda mysterious for me haha

During this camp I also learned something different than what I learned in Lembang, well I'll tell you in my next blog, this important lesson is actually first told by Ernest, but also special thanks for Ken, Peter and Ko Dickson that also helps me to understand, even though it's kinda confusing for me at first and I even consult with my friend Lindy about this... but that's just part of my story since as Peter said in his book that
"Do not feel down when bad things happen to you. A bad thing may well be a blessing in disguise"

Something sad about this camp is that Lindy and me have to leave during the closing ceremony with Pak Herlambang to chase our flight and later on Pak Tung, Ibu Yani and Bosco. Another sad thing is that some of the resources didn't know about it =="
The truth is I'm also confused since Pak Herlambang also just told me on that day like "Recca, Lindy we go now ok? Our plane is at 21.00, Lets go" he only said something like that and we left hahaha

But then since I got no ticket, I went on another plane at 21.50 ==", fortunately Ko Fred waited for me and we went to JITEC, Manga Dua Square to prepare for the next event... Financial Revolution...

SuperTeen Holiday Camp (Lembang) June08

Finally, I can write my blog about SuperTeen, which is the BEST Holiday in my life.

Well at the 21st of June we met for the briefing and divided the resources into different Platoon, but since some of our Platoon Commanders like Peter, Ken and Dickson wasn't there (only Adeline and Lindy), we finally decided to choose the Resources Leader first and let the Resources Leader choose their members.

At the beginning I actually almost paired up with Ken again, but then Ernest suggested that I go to Lindy or Adeline, but most shockingly at first I'm not allowed to become a resource =="
Well it's because holding too many position might kill me haha, but it's ok I understand, but luckily Lindy and Adeline suggested that I become resource with somebody else in 1 group and so he agreed.

Then I was assigned as Resources Leader again (I'm actually not supposed to, I'll tell you more)
and My Platoon Commander is..... Lindy!!! My old friend and My Platoon Commander at July 2007 too, you know I realize that every June/July each year I'll be 1 Platoon with her, well let's see about next year xD

However even though I was a Resource Leader, my focus here is actually as a Translator since as I've said many times, I wanted to become a Trainer and not just a trainer, but a Great One, that's why going to this camp really give me the opportunity to practice my public speaking skill, which is a great challenge for me.

This girl is called Edwina.. I've known her since she was a camper at 2006. This girl have been working with me couples of times and she's now improving and becoming even better and better, even though we're not in the same platoon this camp, but she has been such a nice friend for me the last few years... And since she's going to Canada this August... All the BEST for you!!!

Hey in this camp, I met many good and funny person and Wiena is one of them haha,
She's such a wonderful lady, that also become the Platoon leader for his Platoon and also Assistant Camp Leader wowww

you know this is so funny, I have no idea how it happens, but even though we're not from the same Platoon many things connected us.

....Actually at the Leadership Game (only SuperTeens will understand hehe)
I'm not really joining, I'm just wandering around the campers, but this girl suddenly drag me all the way with her, until we finished the game haha..
...At the Waterboom Game she's also one of people that bombs me so many times and of course I bomb her back wkwk
..In one session on the 5th day I'm the one who scared her xD (you know what haha)
...Then at the graduation, she's also the one that give me the SuperTeen sticker.

This camp is actually such a challenge for me, since it's the beginning of my great journey on my summer holiday hehe...

Today I actually have nothing so special to say, maybe just something related to school that again my class have no lesson hahaha, so I'll just post a short part of a story that I'm writing, well actually I haven't finished at all, but anyway hope you like them ^^

The Ronins : The Sacrifice Of Souls

Prologue

Once upon a time... When the sky took the moon as it’s pendant, where the wind blew so strong... shadows were rising... one place, one destiny, one will....

Somebody stood on the top of a building, looking into the sky with eyes full of hatred and ambition... In deep in the darkness a voice suddenly rise, somebody have just arrived and he said “It’s about time...”. “You’re late..” said the other 0ne.

“Does it matter? We’ve got no time to waste, the prophecy is about to fulfill.. Ragnarok is nearing us… we’ve got to move!” he replied. The moonlight shined upon them, the wind was blowing on his coat, he’s not too old and looked so powerful with the light firm armor and the symbol of the Assassin Guild. The other one looked much wiser and older. His hood covered his face and he looked so much like a warlock. “Lets begin our ceremony” said the warlock. “Let’s begin” said the assassin and as soon as the warlock begin with the ceremony...

Shiny red light appeared!! The Star of Crimson has fallen into Zion… It cut the sky into awaken the burning red-eyed demon. The howl of that demon woke the other demons up and on the top of it, the Great Demon Lord finally woke up from it’s long long sleep...

Rafting of The Champions

Rafting of The Champions" That's today's headline on blog ^^
Well it actually happens yesterday (20/5/2008), but I posted it today.

Now, before I go on, this is called Rafting of The Champions, because the people that join this event are only those, whose team won the sales team at Financial Revolution (4-6 April) and Life Revolution (25-27 April) at the Financial Revolution my team (Team4) was on the second place, bu then at the Life Revolution we got the first place hehe. Then the TDW Resources Staff and of course Mr Tung Desem Waringin and his family also join this activity.

This is really cool, since I'm quite familiar with the people there haha and some familiar faces, which I've known for years were also there, Ko Fredy, Ko Dickson, Ko Hendro and Kak Mega. Then there are also some great friends of mine there such as, Mona, Pak Andy, Edy, Cia, Kuncoro, Ryan and many more. The rafting took place at Citarik, Sukabumi and it takes about 3hour something to get there.

But first we went to a orphanage to give some donation first and so as we're nearing the rafting place, we had to stop at the Police Station and ask for permision, since we actually can't enter with a bus, then the police accompany us there until suddenly we arrived at a point where we have no other option, but to walk, since our bus was too big and it's risk to move on with it, so all of us went down and walk and the truth is... It's still a VERY long way ahead, but luckily hey got a car to pick us up. The view around this place was very good that it's full of kelapa sawit and some other plants, but I have no idea what they are. Actually it's still kinda risky since it's a container car and we're sitting on the back, so it seems like as if we're on a roller coaster since the road is also up and down wkwk

As we arrived there we ate our lunch and prepared for the best part rafting!! In this case we're divided into 8 groups and since 1 boat can only carry 4 people + the guide and I'm in the same boat with Ko Fredy, Mona and Pak Andy (Team 7 yeah). Before we went to out boats we have to wear the helm, vest and take our oar and of course all of us took some pictures first haha (I'll put them here as I get them). Then the guide also tough us some commands such as, forward, backwards, bum, and stop, so that we know what to do. At first we're at the back, but then we asked the guide to speed up and go for the others, well then we went all around and attacked the other boats wkwk and I also saw some people falling down from their boat.

Team 7: Ko Fredy, Mona, Pak Andy and Me

During this trip we saw some species of surroundings, which are two biawak and water spiders(many of them), well luckily nobody from my boat fall, even though some of us almost fall, but we managed to survive the trip hehe. In fact the trip was fun and entertaining, even though all of us were wet, but I would like to do that again it was fun ^^

In the end, we drank some fresh kelapa/coconut and they tasted quite good. The trip was about 1hour, but then I think it's not too long, then Ko Dickson also said that there is a longer one and they also said so. I heard that it would be more entertaining if we go rafting as it was raining. After we changed our cloth, we went back to the bus and most of us slept until most of us are dying from hunger and the willing to pee wkwk then we finally stopped at a Gas Station and ate KFC for our dinner. Since we all use the same black t-shirt as uniform, some of us might thought that we're gangster or something like that haha

As the result we arrived at Jakarta about 9 something PM and we all said goodbye each other. Then I went home with Pak Andy, Mona and Rudy Lim. Rudy Lim is a young trainer around 26/27 years old and we had some conversation and I think he's quite good then he also invited me to us to his seminar this saturday, well I think I'll come, since I haven't got any orders from my bos haha, well I shall see... Special thanks for Pak Andy and Mona that drove me home, Thank you so much ^^

What I learned today is that sometimes, we need to follow Nike's advice and "Just Do It" well you should know that most of us never went rafting before and some of us even can't swim, but then they Just do it anyway and they feel good, well one last thing to remember... there's an old saying said "Do what you Fear, Watch it Disappear" So no matter what happens or what's in front of you, just face it, well there's always the first time right? So like Nike says "Just Do It"

Short explanation about OASIS Class

OASIS Class was a program that is a follow up of SuperTeen Holiday Camp, to make it short I can conclude that if in SuperTeen we teach the participants mostly about the overall skills and mindset, in this OASIS Class Program we teach them about the detailed skills to learn each of their subject. In SuperTeen the crew are called Resources and there are Trainers, but in this program Ernest Wong our Master called us Coaches since our job is to guide and monitor their improvement and this program is really so amazing that it teach many secrets that are totally the BEST and is teach by the Best Trainer too.

In fact this Program is organized by TDW Resources under supervision of two great person, Ko Fredy and Melia, that come every week and make sure that everything is done properly. Then we also have other Great people that are not staff of TDW, but are so great that they are very experienced and talented people, Ko Dickson and Ci Yenny. Then there are also other people who are SuperTeen graduates that have proofed their selves so well and are qualified to become Coaches and they are Lindy, Adeline, Lisa and Recca (that's me ^^) rather than that we also have some people that often come and help us such as Diedra, Steven, Dian and Patrice. Later on I'll talk about each one of them personally and we also have other trainers rather than Ernest, which are Peter Lau and Ken Koh. These two amazing man are trainers that have followed Ernest for years and from my experience they are also one of the BEST trainer.

Frankly, this program is very memorable to me since I also become one of the translator here and I really learned a lot here, I mean I personally think that it was the coaches that learned the most from this program that we can really experience something different that will make us grow even better and better.

At 19/05/2008..

Just as quick refresher, yesterday (18/05/2008), I stayed at Nickel's place and today we have to come to school at 10 o'clock (Yeah!!), but something else happens!!! As we're just about to go, one of the other Ronins member called and said that today is holiday!! Since the electricity was off and we couldn't possibly do anything there ckck.

No wonder Nickel and me decided to go to Ley's house (Ley is Willy/Abeng or up to you what to call lha), but first we went to Jonas's house to pick Naoki, Linda and Jonas. So all of us went to Ley's house . At first, all of us was trying to finish our Group 4 Project presentation, however since we're bored, we decided to play and me myself played Warrior Orochi with Ley and it was brilliant we're so powerful and undefeated hwhwhw.

Meanwhile as the sun is getting brighter and the heat is killing us, all of us was get really hungry that we decided to go to SMS mal to eat, then we went to Salsa and ate our lunch, most of us Jonas, Ley and me ate nasi goreng for lunch, but of course with different toppings.

Surprisingly enough, suddenly another member of Ronins, Stedy arrived and The Ronins are complete!! Naoki, Jonas, Stedy, Recca (me), Ley and Nickel, check it out!!

Suddenly it rains hardly that even the shadows can hardly move and within the blowing winds we went slowly nearing SMS mall and as we arrived at the nearest point, we have not other op

tion, but to run to the safety zone (safe from rain wkwk) and so we ran, however Stedy did something really stupid that he dropped one of his sandal on the way to the safety zone that he needed to return and took it. Here's the video I recorded, you gotta see this wkwk.

Afterwards we decided to watch the movie and at the food court we met some of our teachers and juniors that are going to match some movie too. Then autistic enough we meet AL and he insanely buy tickets for us, well

thanks anyway ^^ hwhw, but since he bought ticket for Narnia and I was kinda sleepy I slept for abou t 30min t0 1hour as we watched them movie wkwk.

As we're waiting for the film all of us are bored and yet we all looked downstairs since surprisingly there are many students even though it's a school day, then we figure out some other school also let the students to go home earlier since the electricity was off. At this moment somebody took a picture of us and it's kinda cool, check it out!!

The Last OASIS Class

So last Sunday (18/05/2008) was the last OASIS Class. In the last OASIS, to be honest it was the hardest translation for me, since we also dis the therapy part that I also have to translate it's kinda hard since I never translate something like that before but then there are always the first right? haha.. Well it's not about the English language or confident, but mostly about the intonation that I have to be careful , but since I already did something like that (not translation) I just conditioned myself to that moments and do translations.

At that moment we took some pictures and suddenly as we wanted to go to mal, one of them came back and with his relative carrying a cake that it was his birthday, so we took some pictures again and ate some cake ^^ thanks. Moving all of us except Melia and Adeline that have to go home (Ken, Ko Dickson, Ko Fredy, Diedra, Elena, Steven and me) went to a car I think it's a baleno or sumthing that size and we all went to Senayan City. It's quite a painful trip that most of us who sit in the back Ken, Steven, Ko Dickson and me myself, we couldn't feel our legs and as we finally arrived was kinda hard to walk.

Meanwhile as we arrived there we bought some tickets for the movie, before we finally decided to wander around the place and refresh ourself and we met Michele Darsono that was a resource on July 2007 and at first she didn't see us, but Steven and me saw her but then I wasn't sure that it's her since I haven't meet her for about a year, so I came up with a crazy idea that I asked Steven "what if we shout Michele? I mean if it's her she would turn back right?" and so we did we shouted her name and she turned around, it's really her haha..

After we had a short conversation with her, we wandered around and waited for Ci Yenny and when she arrived, we ate pizza for dinner and went to the theater to watch Narnia II: Prince Caspian well it's quite good actually, I think it's a lot better than the first Narnia, for me the first one is quite boring, but this one is good, I specially like the battle part, the one on one and the war, but I also love the humor in this movie, you gotta check it out ^^

In the end the film finished about 10.30, well it started at 8.30 and I wandered how I can go home, but then the nearest place I can go with someone is Bintaro, which is with Steven. Fistly we wanted to go there by bus, but since we couldn't find any and it's getting latte, we decided to take taxi. At this point I have to decision first I can go home with taxi from Bintaro or I can stay at someone's house and in the end I end up going to Nickel's house. As I arrived around his sector, we're quiet lost and as we wanted to see the number on someone's house, the taxi move backwards until it bumped into someone's car! OMG!!! And we ran away as fast as we can (luckly we didn't become Wanted person or sumthing like that haha)

Oh yeah and as I finally found Nickel's house, we played some PS2 games first, before we went to sleep and it was quite a crazy night that afterwards I watched tv, after Nickel slept and I end up watching until about 2 or 2.30 and I woke up at 6 before I slept again.. Well I have another story to tell about today (19/05/1008) but I'll save it for later since I gotta go now...
